We stayed in La Casita for a weekend fishing trip June 3rd. the cottage was cozy,clean and well equipped There were fresh mangoes and bananas on the trees and a dock and patio at the back door. Best of all was Anna. She was a delight. She even showed me around town while my husband fished. Really friendly town.We are already making plans to go back before the end of summer.

Great weekend stay
I stayed in the Water's Edge cottage over the weekend with my girlfriend. We live up in Tampa and were looking for a nearby weekend getaway to relax. This place proved perfect. Great views of the water from the back deck. They kayaks were a nice addition as well. The town just has a different feel than anything else in the area. Enough places to grab a beer and a fresh meal and the people are friendly. The property was clean and Anna was easily available for any questions.

Perfect Getaway!
Our March stay at La Casita was a delight! We kayaked, biked, fished, zumba'd, birded, read and more! Anna was always available for any questions or local guidance (like the "full moon kayak tour". A pleasure really! The accommodations were just right for the 2 of us. Clean and had everything we needed for a months stay! Grilling and eating on the patio, occasionally entertaining with neighbors was just perfect. The morning birds at low tide right off our very dock was better than any Audubon reserve you might go to. Just the right mix of relaxing and playing. We'll be back!

There's even live music for those of you who like to have an evening out without having the worry of driving home.
The colorful art district has some of the areas most talented artists on display.
Neighborhood parks have basketball courts, tennis, heated swimming pool, fishing pier and boat ramp.
