The lanai was one of our very favorite places, either in the pool, hottub, or just enjoying the view from the twin recliner. We grilled out almost every night and that really made our vacation special for everyone. The location was great, close to the beach or a short drive for shopping. We look forward to returning next year.

Centrally located on the island, the house is just one mile from the beach (three bicycles are available to ride there if you like). It sleeps six, with a queen bed in the master suite, a queen bed in one en-suite guest bedroom and two twins in the other bedroom that boasts a cushioned window seat to read by. Vaulted ceilings can be found throughout. There is also an oversized two-car garage. The happy, tasteful and colorful décor make for a cheerful get-a-way.
The airy, open floor plan and large, spacious lanai overlooks the wide, converging waterways of the Landmark Bay and the property has 165 feet of seawall along the water. The dock can accommodate your boat, or you can just sit on the white Brown Jordan chaise lounges and watch for a passing dolphin or a school of fish. Hedges and tropical plants surround the lanai making it very private. Pick fresh oranges from your very own orange tree for fresh-squeezed orange juice each morning. An outdoor glass top table and six cushy swivel chairs sit beneath a tropical ceiling fan and make it the ideal setting for a poolside barbecue or evening cocktails. Twenty eight linear feet of 8 foot high floor-to-ceiling glass pocket doors pull back to open up the entire house out to the lanai. Custom furniture and a tropical décor have been used throughout. The entire back of the house faces the beach skyline of high-rise condos. Catch the sunset each night and enjoy the twinkling lights of the condos after dark from this great vantage point.
The airy, wide-open kitchen is filled with all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from tropical blended drinks to a family dinner to enjoy on the lanai. There’s plenty of indoor fun, too. Premium channels are available to watch on the 60” flat screen TV. Play some of the games and puzzles you can find in the entertainment center. Or use the high speed WiFi to go online.
Dana Court gives you easy access to all the main attractions of Marco Island. Walk or bike to the beach, the library, the Raquet Club for tennis, or the Marco Historical Museum. The Island is home to 79 different places to eat and there are tons of shops packed with gifts, swimwear, sunglasses and so much more.
The Gulf Coast is famous for its warm white sand beach, turquoise waters, mesmerizing sunsets and an endless array of water sports. So pack up the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler that come with house and take a parasailing cruise and see the sparkling Gulf the way the birds see it. Charter a fishing boat from a local marina. Or walk along the beach and find an endless variety of shells that continuously wash up on the shore.
But the house is so comfortable that you may just want to lie back on lush double chaise lounge or cushioned rocking chair and do nothing but soak up the sun, read a book or maybe take a dip in the large, kidney-shaped heated pool or spa. Or just sway in the classic hammock hung near the water between two palm trees and watch the world go by.
