We stayed at this home for our summer vacation with our three children and nanny, also were visited by my parents during the stay. It is immaculate, has every amenity we wanted and was able to comfortably sleep 8+. It is our favorite rental in Florida and we will be coming back next year for vacation as well.

This Place Has it All !!
If you want a place to relax with your friends and family, this is the place to go. This home had everything I could have asked for and more. The pool is fabulous and where I spent most of my time. The kitchen has a sliding window that opens to the patio so you can serve your dinners and drinks easily if you want to eat on the outside patio. The floor plan is open and on one level and the large master bedroom and bath are set up for luxury. The walk-in shower has two heads and you can get lost in the bath. The king sized bed gave me the best night sleep and I did not hear the other guest on the other side of the home. I loved the appliances and enjoyed my freshly ground coffee every morning. Then after coffee we would take the bikes and ride down to the beach for a walk. The view of the bay is spectacular from the pool and even better at night with the lights reflecting off the water. Your close to shopping and everything was easy to find and no traffic. I love this place and can't wait to go back again.

Fabulous house for a restful family vacation
Family spent two weeks at this lovely house in January 2012. The property itself was great: immaculately clean and brand new. Awesome indoor/outdoor space that reminded us of our trips to Hawaii. The master bedroom was like a dream with the soaking tub and shower. Also we loved the fully equipped kitchen. We love dining in and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a gormet meal. We ate on the lanai most days. The heated pool was a nightly treat. Great sunsets from the back dock. We loved being able to bike to the beach (about 10 minutes) and didn't need to rent any bikes because they were already there provided by the owners for our use. We were apprehensive as to what the weather would be like in January, but it was fantastic mainly 70's-80's and sunny. We spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful beach and playing in the white sand. Regret having to leave so soon. Thanks for the relaxing and great time! We will surely go back to Marco and stay at this lovely house! We have already recommended the house to our friends.

We invite you to visit our Direct- Southwest exposure, Waterfront home with its own dock and large pool overlooking the open water on Landmark Bay and located minutes from Marco's beautiful white sand beaches. Because of the home's Southwest exposure- we are blessed with 'all-day' sun across the pool and lanai.
In order to provide the highest level of comfort and luxury that you deserve- our home is remodeled with high-end furniture, three large flat-screen televisions, a Blu-ray DVD player, hi-speed internet and luxury mattresses. We have wi-fi inernet service and comcast cable. When you enter the open Family Room and Kitchen/Dining area- you will find a 47'- LCD flat panel- High-Definition TV and Blu-ray/DVD player. This large room has two sets of Double French doors that open to the pool and provide breathtaking water views. In addition, the home has a separate formal Living room with Double French doors that also provide a magnificent view of the pool and canal.
To ensure the most restful sleep possible- the home has four large bedrooms- equipped with pillow-top mattresses and comfortable bedding. The Master is equipped with a King size bed and a 42' LCD, High-Definition TV and DVD Player. We also have three additional Guest Bedrooms- the first with a Queen Bed which opens up to the pool and has a 32' LCD, High-Definition TV. The second Guest Bedroom has two twin beds and the fourth bedroom has a twin over full-sized bunk bed.
The home also has a private master bathroom with a double-sink, large soaking tub and spacious shower for two (with two shower-heads). The guest bath has a double-sink and a large shower and opens to the pool. In addition, there is a powder room.
The exterior of the home includes a large screened lanai with an over-sized, heated pool where you can relax and watch the sun-set every evening. There is also a large covered lanai area- immediately outside of the Living Room, Family Room and Kitchen (with a pass-through window and bar seating) that is furnished with a large table and six comfortable dining chairs to enjoy the outdoors. In addition, the exterior area includes a large gas grill and comfortable chaise lounges, as well as reclining chairs around the pool for resting and enjoying the beautiful sunsets and stunning view across Landmark Bay.
The home has a long private dock with room to accommodate two boats and where you can enjoy watching the fish and dolphins play.
Marco Island is located at the Northern most point of the picturesque Ten Thousand Islands- just south of Naples and is known for its white-sand beaches and beautiful year-round sunshine and warm temperatures.
