This is a great property. Our family has rented many houses at various locations for our beach vacations but once we found this one we Knew we had found our perfect vacation home. We are now repeat renters because we like the house as well as the owners outreach and support to their renters. It is a great location - easy walk to south end beach and to shopping, food and movies - and the house is clean and well stocked. There is also lots of opportunity for family time at the house with puzzles, books, games, DVDs and a pool. It really feels like home. The owners make the rental process easy by providing lots of useful information about your visit in advance and by responding to all questions. Definitely a great home to rent.

Great Marco location that felt like home...
Perfect location especially with grandchildren and 10 min walk to South Beach. Pool and gas grill made outdoor living flow smoothly…Modern kitchen, because we love to cook and large living space with enough private space for children and adults…Very clean home with attention to all the details…Owner, Susan Heren was always accessible for questions and concerns …Photos of this beautiful home are spot on.

Perfect, like Marco island
Just a fabulous stay in this wonderful, modern, and clean home. It was perfect for my family of 6 (my wife, 4 children, and I). Served all of our needs beautifully, comfortably. The beach was literally an easy 10 minute walk from the home. Marco island is certainly the finest location to vacation in Fl in my opinion. Quiet, peaceful, with very friendly residents / fellow vacationers. Perfect for a family hoping to avoid the Spring breakers. My children have already requested we book this fine home for 2016. Oh yes, the owner was incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful especially within the first few days of the stay when the number of questions those who are staying in the home tend to be high in volume : )

Just 1 block from the beach, this 4 bedroom home is very conveniently located. This home boasts a King Master suite overlooking the pool with double master walk-in shower and garden tub. Beautifully decorated and open floor plan allow you to enjoy it's luxury after a day of fun and sun at the beach. The heated, screened, over sized, pool will be enjoyed by all.
This home is your home away from home. Complete with everything from high speed Internet, unlimited long distance calls, pool toys, beach toys, beach chairs, linens, complete kitchen and laundry facilities, Pack N Play, Strollers, wagon, High Chair, to bicycles for exploring the island. This home is made for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful island of crescent, white sandy beaches.
Location, Location, Location: This home is not only beautifully done, but it is also very conveniently located. Walk to the beach and the sunset as well as to many area restaurants, the movies, many pubs, the ice cream store, and much more. Just a short bike ride to the public boat access where you can fish, or just watch the boats, birds, dolphin and manatee. Also a short bike ride to Mackle Park with a play structure, football and soccer fields, and covered basketball courts.
The Everglades are just a short drive from Marco Island. Enjoy air boat rides, hiking, or canoeing in the Everglades.
