Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher, full set off dishes, vine glasses and most utensils.This home is individually decorated with tasteful décor and amenities. Consists of 3 and 1/2 private bedrooms.
1) Bedroom Master - with private Bathroom and Dressing/Washing area, Flat Screen TV .
2) Bedroom Tween - is large w/2 Tween size beds, Flat screen TV set.
3) Bedroom Queen - is large w/Queen Size bed, TV set.
4) Office/room Couch - is small, but will accommodate 2 extra persons sleeping privately.
Living room w/fireplace is spacious and open.
Family room is large w/ 60” TV set
Large indoor and outdoor patios.
Additional sleeping capacity in the Living Room Sofa beds and Family rooms ( may accommodate 4 extra guests).
FREE HI speed ( 25 MBS) Wi-Fi. Fire place, Portable Fire pit, Professional style BBQ charcoal Grill and Propane Grill.
Boat dock w/boat access to the Gulf of Mexico.

The house is large, comfortable and overlooking beautiful water views of canal with excellent Fishing opportunities. Pool deck is large open and nicely paved. The location is very green and exclusive. The Property has several Orange and Mango trees. You are welcome to take the fruits as they ripen. Behind the house you will find large grass area for enjoinment. Ceiling fans and central climate control, thru out the house.

The Family room is a Large Room Connecting to the Master bedroom, Front door, Kitchen and Patio/Breakfast area. Seating consists of Sofa bed / Couch (3 pers.) and and Love seat (2 peers.). Family Room has large Area Rag It is flouting in to the Dining area. Dining area has a Dining table that can seat 6 and has 4 chars. Extra chars are in the indoor patio. Indoor patio has Outdoor furniture, Love seat and 2 Arm chars, that seat 4 at the coffee table, Breakfast table for 6 and enough chars to seat 10. Patio is under the roof and providing plenty of shade for the pool area and equipped w. sealing fans and portable fan. There are pool chars and lounges. There are beach chars for you use. Inside the patio you will find 2 Barbecue Grills ( Propane and Charcoal) you choice. Family room has 60 “ TV with 100 channel Cable and HBO. In door Patio is connecting the Pool deck, Family room Living room and Master Bedroom thru the sliding doors. Kitchen is connecting to the Living room with an open Breakfast Bar with 3 bar stools and serving window for the Dining room. Living room Area, has seating for 4 persons and sleeping capacity for 2 on the Sofa Bed. Living room has working Fire Place. All rooms except 1 (Tween Bedroom) have direct Water views. Only Tween Bedroom has Garden view. The 2nd Bathroom located between Guest Bedrooms has access to the pool deck and used as Cabana bathroom and shower for the pool deck. There is portable Fire pit is there for your use. There are Fishing rods at the Patio and you can fish at the Sea wall and the Boat dock. Boat dock is equipped with Fish cleaning table, Fishing rod holders, 2 Arm chars and drink table for seating and watching Sunset. The Pool Heater is in aging conditions soon needs to be replaced, though at this point, it is working Ok.
