Lanai area comprises a heated 12x40 pool, stainless gas grill, multiple ceiling fans, a dining table for six people and a multiple lounge chairs where you can relax. Spacious gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and cathedral ceiling equipped with all-important kitchen utensils. The kitchen is also equipped with a dinner table and eat-in bar area with beautiful surrounding views of the canal and pool.
The master suite has a king sized bed with pillow top mattress, sliding glass doors and TV. The large master bath is equipped with a sink with plenty of counter space, walk-in closet and walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has TV, queen sized bed and sliding glass doors leading to the lanai area. The third bedroom comprises a couch, TV and a computer desk. A portable crib is also available.
A front formal dining area is available to provide seating for four people. The living room has love seat, leather couch, 42' HD led TV, stereo and DVD. The house is fully air-conditioned and comprises ceiling fans throughout, digital cable, four TVs, a stereo, free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer.
