Parking $25
We rent from Saturday to Saturday usually, but there are exceptions. The condominium complex requires a 7-night minimum stay. There is a $20.00 Registration Fee per unit per rental (for parking), a $250 refundable deposit and 10% Florida tax. We require 25% of the total rental fee, plus the refundable deposit to hold the dates you desire. One month before your arrival date the balance is due.
50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
