The property was big plenty of space. Pool was decent size. The beds were soft and the house was clean. The fishing was good . We had a great time and can't wait to go back again. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was absolutely beautiful.

Marco Island Gem
What a gem in gorgeous Marco Island. We opted for renting a house for our stay in Marco Island vs booking a room in a resort hotel. I can say that we made the absolute correct decision. First let me start by saying that the owners, Richard and Melodee, were awesome! The communication from the time we booked until we left was timely and thorough. They provided us with great suggestions for restaurants, beaches, and activities on the island that were well suited to our family stay on the island. The property itself is beautiful and immaculate, every bit as lovely as the pictures showed. Each room is beautifully appointed with island décor that really set the tone for the entire stay. The Lanai and pool deck are set overlooking the channel, have ample lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining area with a large gas grill that we took full advantage of! The property is also set back in a quiet neighborhood that allowed us to really kick back and unwind on lazy afternoons. We had such a marvelous time that we will be returning to Marco Island soon and will be looking for a repeat stay here!

Exceptional Rental
Agree with previous reviewers. We (two people and two small dogs) spent three weeks here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is every bit as beautiful as the pictures and the description accurately describes what is included. The house is centrally located and convenient to everything...including three parks for walking the dogs The minor maintenance issues we experienced were promptly taken care of by the management company. We highly recommend this property. When you rent this property, don't miss the Farmers Market, which is conducted every Wednesday from 7:30 to 1:00 near Veterans Park on Elkcam Circle...best we have ever seen.

A short distance to the beach and great restaurants. This home is ideal for retired couples or smaller families looking for all the amenities of home. The open concept allows space for larger gatherings or areas to be alone if you so desire.
As you walk in the front door, you are greeted by a beautiful living room with a 55" LED flat screen TV, electric fireplace and DVD player. French doors invite you to step out onto the screened lanai and pool area. The dining room has a large table and seats 6.
The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, a granite counter top bar that seats 4 and breakfast nook table with seating for 4. The family room has a 47" LED flat screen TV with a Playstation 3 and Wii with video games. A sliding glass door opens onto the screened lanai.
The master suite has a king size bed with a tempur-pedic type mattress, flat screen TV, a large walk-in closet and private bathroom. A sliding glass door opens onto the screened lanai.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a tempur-pedic type mattress. A sliding glass door opens onto the screen lanai. The third bedroom has two twin beds with a tempur-pedic type mattresses. A full bathroom separates the 2 bedrooms.
The screened lanai has a heated pool, a dining table for 6, new propane grill, pool floats, 4 chaise lounge chairs and 2 bar chairs. A few steps down to the dock also has a space for sunning or just relaxing.
There are 2 bikes in the garage, along with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and pool toys.
