The home features four bedrooms – three of which are king-size beds, and 1 queen size bed. In the family room, there is a queen sleeper sofa. Two of the king bedrooms contain sliding glass doors overlooking the pool and water. All bedrooms have big flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi internet and complete security.
There is an open floor plan with a large granite kitchen with a double breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances like dishwasher and disposal and stadium refrigerator. In the laundry room, there is a steam dryer and the line steam washer. All furnishings are modern and high end. Featuring more than 400 thread count cotton sheets, fine Tommy Hilfiger and Ralph Lauren bedding, and down alternative pillows.
The bathroom consists of a tub and shower. There is a master bath fully equipped with marble and has an outsized double shower heat arranged spacious enough for a complete family with children. The 3/4 bath off the living room has a beautiful travertine shower.
The screened pool area is featuring a covered lanai with chairs and a table for outdoor dining. In the living area, sliding glass doors are equipped to view the outside area. The patio contains propane gas grill t cook and chaise lounges for sunbathing. The swimming pool is perfect to take a dip and enjoy your time.
