Great Vacation Home
We enjoyed our stay. The owner, Isa pays great attention to detail and is very good to deal with. Home is spacious and enjoyable. Nicely located on a canal. We liked seeing the dolphins! All of us really liked the pool and spa area. Nice to eat meals on the lanai and enjoy the great weather and atmosphere. Our family told us Marco Island and this home made their vacation great! My Response Thank-you for the review. It is heart-warming to share our vacation home with guests who appreciate and enjoy Marco Island as much as we do.

The perfect vacation spot!
My family and I (4 adults, 2 older children and a 2yr old) had a wonderful time at Isa and Francois's home in the Marco Islands. The house is easy to get to, nicely furnished, and has a great location on the water. The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, it was a great way to spend a lazy day or cool down and relax in the evening. We really enjoyed the dock. Fishing was good, lots of fish were caught many we didn't know what they were but we did manage to catch a couple sea trout that we cooked up. We didn't have much luck with the jigs and artificial bait that was there but after we went to the bait shop and picked up frozen shrimp it was pretty easy to catch fish. Early mornings and around sunset we would see 2-3 dolphins every day. We also managed to see a tiger shark swim by one evening. Isa and Francois were great to work with, they were easy to get in touch with and helped us immensely with any questions we had. We will definitely be heading back to the Marco Islands and if it is available we will be staying at there house again. Thanks for the great vacation!

Great Vacation
This is a wonderful house to vacation in while on Marco Island. We had two families and there was more than enough room. The best part was the pool/hot tub area and the view out to the waterway. The house is situated on a larger canal than most in Marco (from what I could tell) so it has a great view. It is convenient to everything on Marco Island. The owner is making updates to the home, but with kids we enjoyed it as is. Nice kitchen and flooring throughout. The owner was also very easy and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this home again, and I would go back tomorrow if I could!! Great house!!

It's perfect for my wife and me, with visits from our kids and grandkids and from my wife's sisters and their spouses. The owner is great, as is her property manager, her house cleaner, even the pool guy and the boss of the gardening company, even the next door neighbor and the carpenter.

Welcome to our house, which is in a quiet, elegant and beautiful part of Marco Island.
It is located on a very large waterfront lot facing South with a view to wide opened canals and ample room for sunbathing! We have a pier where 'dolphins' come to play from time to time and a large heated Pool with a Hot Tub. The house comes with air-conditioning, full bathrooms for all 4 bedrooms and all the necessary amenities. There is a private balcony for these great sunrises and sunsets! There are 2 bikes to stroll around with leisure, fishing rods to fish from the pier or other places around the island.
From here you are close to the famous Marco Island beaches, nice restaurants, theaters and a short drive to the Everglades park and the city of Naples.
The house is fully equipped with all you need for a perfect stay: 4 TVs, BD/DVD player, VCR player, Stereo player, Wireless Internet, Cable Internet and Cable TV.

About The Area
Marco Island is a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico off Southwest Florida, linked to the mainland by bridges south of the city of Naples. It’s home to resort hotels, beaches, marinas and golf courses, as well as a network of inland waterways. A long, sandy beach covers most of the west coast, with resort hotels in the south. Tigertail Beach Park has a tidal lagoon, popular for kayaking and paddleboarding.
