This was our first time coming to Marco Island did not what to expect. We found this beautiful house over Vrbo, was very accommodating. It is very spacious and you feel the privacy. Pool is amazing and the view in the evening. My family enjoyed every second of it.

Relaxing Getaway!
The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. It has everything you need for a relaxing and carefree stay. We spent a lot of time in the pool..... it gets full sun from approx 12 noon to 6 pm. There are 3 bikes which came in very handy because we usually rent bikes on vacation. This saved us money. We did have to take them to the gas station to fill the tires because they were almost flat but no big deal. We visited Tigertail Beach as well as Marco Beach both are beautiful and a shell collectors paradise! We also rented a pontoon boat for a day and had a great time boating, swimming and fishing. A restaurant we highly recommend is "The Snook Inn", it is on the water and has fantastic seafood. Friday night is their "all you can eat seafood buffet".The owner of the house, NhuHa, is very pleasant to work with. She made the rental process very easy!

Great Winter Escape
We have rented NhuHa’s beautiful home on Marco Island for four years now and look forward to many more. We move into this comfortable home and feel as though we have never left. It is our home away from home. We fall so easily back into the comfort and ease of living on Marco Island. Almost every year we are greeted with some new upgrades or improvements to the home. The location of this home to town, shops, farmers market, restaurants, etc. is fantastic. We are avid golfers and find there are many golf courses a short ride away in Naples. Though we enjoy golf, we don’t want to be captive on a golf course and, therefore, love the flexibility we have with this home. Obviously, we cannot say enough wonderful things about this home, it’s owner and the location. Thank you NhuHa for opening your home to us. We love it and, as you know, we treat it as we do our own home, with care and love. RM, - OH

Beautiful waterfront home!
My husband and I have rented this beautiful home each January for 11 years! NhuHa’s home is lovely and extremely well equipped. NhuHa continues to make upgrades each year which further enhances the home’s beauty and functionality. A particular highlight for us is the dock overlooking the wide waterway. At night we sit on the dock and view the stars. In the daytime we are able to see fish, manatees and dolphins in the water. The home’s location is excellent for walking to stores, restaurants, the farmer’s market, and especially Starbucks! NhuHa is an excellent owner. She communicates clearly and quickly. She wants us to have a wonderful experience in her home. Her Marco Island contact, Cheryl, is excellent as well. We highly recommend renting this home.

Bald Eagle Estate is a beautiful model home, close to beach, the Marriott, and on the water for a short stay or extended family vacation. Our water view is spectacular, and with a boat dock and lift, you can bring your own boat as well. Shopping, and Restaurants are all within walking distance. The beach accesses and Marriott Oceanfront Resort are only 3-5 minutes drive away.
Our home is professionally furnished and decorated with brand new furniture and accessories - NEW upgraded Kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances with Granite Counter top and new 20x20 Travertine diagonally laid floor tile in Oct 2014. No need to bring linens or go to the laundromat. We have everything you will need just like home. There is even a restaurant across the street!! This home has a living room, a formal dining room, full gourmet kitchen, well-appointed breakfast area, a cozy family room, three lovely bedrooms, and two full baths, 5 TVs. We have HI SPEED INTERNET plus Cable Tv!!!
As soon as you arrive at the home, you will be welcomed with palm trees, rows of bushes, tropical plants, and a nice walkway to the front door. Upon entrance, the open foyer with vaulted ceiling invites you to rest on the new plush leather sofa, then to peer at the swimming pool overlooking the water view of the canal.
Ah!!! Your rested legs will encourage you to walk through the triple glass sliding door into the lanai where the large heated swimming pool, a vast open water view and a beautiful blue sky await you. You will feel away from it all! In two steps, you are by the pool with your family and friends. The pool is heated during the winter for your comfort. No elevators to hassle with, complete privacy, and no crowds at the pool!
Better yet, you can sit by the boat dock and enjoy the long and wide water view, or drop a line for a fish or two!
