When you walk into our home you will feel an immediate calm.

Upon entering the half acre estate onto the circular drive you will pull under a portico to park where, rain or shine, your vehicle stays dry and cool. You also have the option to park in the two car attached garage.

Our extremely large screened-in resort style pool faces southwest for MAXIMUM SUN EXPOSURE and beautiful sunsets. The pool has a water-shooting dolphin with 8 chaise lounge chairs for sunning.

For those who like shade, you'll find an outdoor couch, chair with ottoman, and 2 tables along with an outdoor table & chairs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This is also where we love to have our morning coffee while everyone else is asleep, as we watch the birds fly over while looking out at our private serene view surrounded by beautiful native trees.

The open floor plan of our home is inviting. Our fully overstocked large kitchen has enormous counter space and is wonderful for cooking while others linger around talking and enjoying family time.

For your convenience we have laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dish washing detergent, trash bags, aluminum foil, sandwich, quart & gallon baggies, Pam cooking spray & spices.

Our large dining room table seats 8 with 3 adjacent breakfast counter stools and 4 additional chairs. There are also 6 chairs around the lanai table.

The large living room has 2 sofas and a chair with an ottoman perfect for lounging after an activity filled day. Complete with a large flat screen TV, Blue Ray/DVD player, and free high speed wireless internet, guests can enjoy staying connected and the comforts of home while on vacation. Open the expansive pocket sliding doors to bring the outside in.

The home features three master suites, one with a king bed overlooking the lanai & pool area, and two with queen beds. One of the master suites is very private and can be accessed via a private entrance if desired. Two other bedrooms are available, one with two twin beds, and the other with a day bed, pull-out trundle, and an air hockey table. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's & DVD players.

**Allergy sufferers rest easy: No feather pillows or comforters present**

Our home has four bathrooms, one of which is a pool bath. Our laundry room is large with ample closets. All of our linens are new with an ample supply of bath and beach towels.

We are a very short drive or bike ride to the beach and night life, but far enough away that when you are in the home it is quiet.

For your fun away from the home, we have 6 bicycles to ride to the beach. We also have an abundance of pool toys including pool volley ball, ride on whale & alligator, several floats & tubes, diving rings. For outside activities you'll have fun with corn hole boards (bean bag toss game) and a basketball hoop. We also have an air hockey table inside for night time activities.

For those with babies and or toddlers, we have two new pack-n-plays one of which includes a bassinet & two highchairs & two strollers.

For extra guests we also have 2 twin air mattresses & a twin mattress.

In addition, we have access to a Licensed Charter Boat Captain who gives our renters a wonderful discount. He will take you on fishing charters and/or ECO tours. He will bait your hooks & clean your catch. There are restaurants where you can take your 'catch of the day' and cook them for you where you can enjoy dinner out.
