You have direct views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico from this cute one bedroom condo located on the 3rd floor. Enjoy lovely sunsets from your balcony. This Complex also has a Jr. Olympic sized pool, tennis courts, workout room and a restaurant on site called The Sunset Grille. What more could one ask for on vacation? This Condo is also within walking distance to other shops, restaurants and a movie theater.

Florida wildlife and unique habitat makes Marco Island, FL a perfect place to spot wildlife. There are plenty of nature preserves and wildlife sanctuaries to explore for both adults and kids. You can easily spot American Osprey, manatees, dolphins, sea turtles, bobcats, panthers, plenty of birds and more! They call the island home, but have plenty of space to roam like mangrove forests, swamps and rookeries. Birding is a major hobby, but there is also kayaking, biking and plenty of walking/hiking trails for those who want a more active vacation.

There are beach towels for the convenience of our guests that should be used when going to the pool or beach. Please do not use bath towels.
If any thing should be spilled on the carpets or break, please contact us immediately. Do not try to clean stains off carpets as this may set the stains and you will be charged a carpet cleaning.
Please do not leave windows or doors open when A/C is on.
