House This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home was custom designed with vacation living in mind. Just steps from this home are the white sands of the crescent beach of Marco Island, FL not to mention a wide choice of fantastic restaurants, a 4 screen dine-in movie theater, ice cream parlor, shops, the Marco Island Art League, outdoor adventure rentals, miniature golf, as well as the many of the other entertainment options that Marco Island has to offer.
The heart of this Marco Island, FL home is an open great room, with a granite and stainless steel kitchen opening onto the covered lanai and screened-in heated pool. The interior design lends an atmosphere of casual beachside elegance, achieved by using colors from the sea, using a mix of new and vintage pieces, and adding a collection of one-of-a-kind artwork that adds to the tropical vibe.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a standup shower, and a soaker tub. There are two guest bedrooms: one with a queen sized bed, and the other with a set of twins. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs, and share a bathroom with a standup shower. Cable and Wi-Fi available.

1 Please try to brush off all sand or dry off before entering property from the beach or pool.
2 Please do not sit on furniture with wet bathing suits or towels as this may stain the furniture.
3 There are beach towels for the convenience of our guests that should be used when going to the pool or beach. Please do not use bath towels.
4 If any thing should be spilled on the carpets or break, please contact us immediately. Do not try to clean stains off carpets as this may set the stains and you will be charged a carpet cleaning.
5 Please do not leave windows or doors open when A/C is on.
6 Tenants and their guests are required to adhere to a "Good Neighbor" Code of conduct
7 Fireworks are in violation of the City Code and therefore not allowed.
8 Minimum Age Requirement by Owner: 25 years or older to rent property and must provide ID upon check-in as well as credit card information. Guest must be at the property for the entire stay.

There is no refundable security deposit, rather a security deposit waiver fee $69 is collected. This covers up to $3000 of unintentional damage. We also offer travel insurance to those guests that are interested.
Cancellation policy is as follows:
Owner or guest may cancel without penalties 60 days prior to arrival. If guest cancellation is within the 60 days and the property is unable to be rented for the same time and rate all monies paid in are non refundable. If the property is rented then all monies paid in are refunded. If travel insurance is elected, guests would make a claim with insurance company Red Sky and all is refunded except for the cost of the travel insurance.
Our booking process is simple. Once a guest has decided and booked a property the paperwork is sent via email, or fax and the guest has two weeks to return paperwork with initial payment of 25%. The balance is then due 60 prior to arrival. If it is a last minute booking, all monies are due the same day the paperwork is sent out. No keys or key packets will be set out without having complete payment up front.
