Large bar area along with sink and fridge and lots of bar stools.
Next Floor has another Master Bedroom with private bath (king) a huge formal dining area, another huge living room with 50" flat screen, (very comfortable couches on both floors) a furnished office with Queen size air mattress and full kitchen and another bathroom on this floor.
All levels has wrap around decks with comfortable furnishings.
Rooftop deck area offers romantic sunsets and sun shines.
Right outside the pool is Jacuzzi and spacious patio also dock at deep waters canal, if our guests plan to boat.
