This home also has a wall intercom system and radio. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and has rattan stools around the counter. There is also a small dinette done in rattan with glass top table that looks out onto the pool area for informal dining.
The living room is very comfortably furnished with sofas, large screen HD TV and DVD player. Behind the living room is the smaller master suite with queen bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and walk in closet. This room also has a private entrance to the pool area. There are two other guest rooms that both share a full bath with shower and tub, each furnished with twin beds.
The lanai and pool area are very large with lots of seating for sunning, also table and chairs for outdoor dining. A perfect getaway home close to shopping and the beach.
