The outside pool deck is huge and has four sun loungers and an outside dining table under the lanai to enjoy the results from the state of the art gas grill. The large rear garden is landscaped and surrounded completely by a 6ft high privacy fence. No expense has been spared in furnishing this house, with the fixtures and fittings all being upgrades on the standard models.
