On entry into the house you come into the open floorplan where there is living room with sofas, large flat screen tv and dining area with table and chairs.
Beautiful fully equipped kitchen with wood cabinets and stainless appliances, such as refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher.
There is a den which also can be converted to 4th bedroom as it has sleeper sofa and it also has flat screen tv.
The master bedroom is on one side of house, and has king bed with its own walk in shower room. Glass sliders onto pool area and flat screen tv.
The two other bedrooms are off living room and have queen bed in one, and twins in the other. These bedrooms share a 2 full bathroom which also leads to the pool area.
The pool deck is very large and has unscreened pool which also has removable baby fence. Pool can be electrically heated in winter. Very large private back garden. Gas gill and outdoor table and chairs along with loungers to lie by pool.
The house is fully air conditioned, washer, dryer, double garage. Great location for the beach, many sporting locations and shopping.
