Enter the pillared foyer of this beautiful home and come into the formal living room that looks out over the pool through sliding glass doors. There are comfortable sofas of which one is a sleeper for an extra guest. To the left of the entrance is the master suite with king bed, all in blue with a very pretty seating area with private entrance to the pool. This room features an en-suite bathroom, also in stunning blue, with walk in shower, deep tub and double vanity.
This room also has a large walk in closet. To the right of the entrance is the formal dining room. As you flow into the large spacious kitchen, you will see that it is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences. There is an informal dining area that looks out onto the pool through an aquarium glass window.Owners have just added beautiful outdoor wicker sofas to sit by the pool. The family room is attractive and comfortable with sofas and large screen TV, DVD and Surround Sound System. To the rear of the family room there is a second master suite with queen size bed and large walk in shower room. Also access to the pool area. Off to the right of the living room are the other 2 guest rooms, both with twins. They share a full bathroom. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. the pool area is lovely with lots of lush foliage around it and plenty of seating for sunning or eating outdoors. Also has a BBQ grill. A beautiful vacation home.
