Beautiful vacation resort
Unit 302 was great with a great view of the ocean. The owner was amazing, easily available and accommamazing. The room was stocked and cleaned. We had 6 people in our room made for 6 with an air mattress and sleeper sofa. The owner just put in new floors. The room also had things like beach chairs and toys. We had an amazing stay and would stay again in a heartbeat. We even had a change of plans and had to bring 2 cars and the condo gave us 2 parking passes because they were not busy so that was great.

Great Location and Value!
This condo is in a great location and meets the needs of anyone wanting to be near the beach and other activities but not paying an arm and a leg! Brent was easy to work with and the staff at the location were accommodating with extra towels and sheets for the air mattress. The condo had what we needed for meals and a place to sleep. It was a bit tight with 6 (3 adults/3 kids) but only when we were trying to have a meal in or bed down. Can't beat it for the price! (although a king bed would be an upgrade in the bedroom over the queen.)

Condo, 1 Bedrooms + 1 Convertible bed + 1 air mattress, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4-6)
Madeira Bay Resort is a newer waterfront community built in 2006 with all the resort amenities one would expect of a high end vacation property. The on-site rental management company staffs the front desk 24x7 to accommodate guests needs. The Full Kitchen with stainless steel appliances has a breakfast bar with granite counters. Also, the in-suite convenience of a stacked washer and dryer. The balcony has a view of the beach, which is easily accessed from the property (see pictures). Steps away from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with it's hundreds of shops and waterfront dining provides an excellent draw with jet ski rentals, parasailing, tours and fishing charters. The Mad Fish Beach House Restaurant and Bar, right next door, is perfect for mid-day beach dining or an end of day night cap. So much to see and do, steps away from the beach!
