We have a mini kitchen with refrig. along with washer and dryer. Large TV in the living room. We supply some food supplies, for your convenience. Bring your boat and park it for free in our dock and leave trailer as well. You will love the beach look of the home.
You can see from your balcony Lake Eustis. Walk to the dock and fish. Bring your boat, and any other toys, we have plenty of parking space and room. WE provide 1 dock space for your boat. It's a great place to travel by boat to 5 other lakes. Everything is new. You will be about 25 minutes to The Villages, and 45 minutes to Disnew. WE have a Queen Bed in Master and 2 twins in second bedroom. Couch and recliner in Living room. WE provide wifi, jet swim spa, putting green, small refrig. and mini kitchen area. We also have a additional home we rent next door. It can sleep an additional 7 people. So if you have a large group, give me a call. We can work to accomodate you.
Bring your boat and park it in our double dock. Travel from lake to lake and enjoy the lakeside restaurants. Travel for less than a hour to Disney. Go for 1 hr. to Daytona races or the casino boats. Parking places for lots of cars, boats, trailers, etc.
Leesburg is a wonderful area to vacation. It's close to Disney, many National and state Parks, The Villages, and the small towns like Eustis, Mt. Dora and Tavares are wonderful small towns to visit.
You must be 25 to book. No smoking, no parties. It's a very quiet neighborhood, and most have quiet time by 10 p.m.
It's great for any age. You must be able to climb stairs for this apartment is on the top second floor. There is a full bath upstairs, but also available a full bath downstairs. The common area is the main entrance area. We are suitable for boats, trailers, and plenty of parking area. We also have a RV port for parking a boat or trailer. Bring you boat and park in the docking area.
