Minimum Stayabsolutely wonderful!!!
This was a perfect stay for our multigenerational family group and friends. We had different people stay with us thru the two weeks and were able to give all privacy with the four rooms and three baths. We had everything we could possibly have needed, it was all so well supplied, with good quality linens, extra supplies, and everything anyone could need for beach and pool time. I was so impressed with the ease in booking and the caring attention to detail, and to making sure that we were happy. The location is perfect, safe and quiet with friendly neighbors, an easy walk to the beach, and a parking lot to drop off for those who can't walk the block to the quiet and beautiful beach. The pool is amazing. The areas for sitting and being alone or with friends/family around the house and pool are ideal. I cant think of a thing to criticize about this experience. I just hope I can return each year, as it truly felt like home...

Beautiful House - Clean - Close to Beach!
Perfect House. Clean and well maintained Beautiful Pool Very close to the beach. My kids enjoyed every second here. The on-site guy Kirill is a very nice man and he works hard to make sure the tenants are always happy and satisfied. Great service overall! Will absolutely be returning.

Exactly as advertised, with one small "but"
First, while a bit pricey, we found the property to be exactly as advertised, AND it was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Bed and bath linens were all fresh. We had a fabulous time, and in fact found ourselves spending a lot of "planned beach time" at the pool instead. While in a relatively dense upscale neighborhood, the pool area offers reasonable privacy. Location is excellent, close to beach and stores. It was a good fit for our family of 6. The local property manager made it clear he was there to help on short notice is therre was any problem (we had none). The only "but" - the owner insists on using PayPal for payment and the initial reservation process was a little clumsy. I would easily recommend the property to a family. The bedrooms are somewhat separated in this very well laid out and spacious house, so might also accommodate close friends or not-so-immediate family. Enjoy !

Unforgettable vacation in a beautiful house!
Thank you for a perfect vacation! We had 7 adults and 1child in our party and there was enough room for all of us. We spent 6 days at this perfect vacation home practically on the beach of Ft. Lauderdale. The house provided the perfect set up - all rooms were nice and welcoming. The heated pool was lovely, always at the perfect temperature, we really enjoy it!! The beach is just 1 block from the house and all beach amenties were at our disposal as well as kids toys (I have a 2 years old daughter). The neighbourhood is very nice and quiet, and we felt safe and comfortable. We really enjoy the holidays at this lovely property! We highly recommend it!

Spectacular location and a beautiful house
We have rented from ADMS 3 times now and always found the properties to be spotlessly clean, well-maintained and peaceful oases. This was the first time in this property and we would definitely rent it again. The location couldn't be better with a 3 minute walk down a path to the beach and just a block from A1A for long walks or runs on a paved surface. There are a number of restaurants and bars within a leisurely 15 minute walk. The house is beautifully decorated and offers a great deal of privacy for the 4 bedrooms due to the layout. The yard is small but well-designed and a great place for quiet reading or a fun group dinner.

Beautiful Home at Great Location
I recommend this property. It was recently upgraded with an excellent use of space to accommodate our large family. It has quality furnishings with large flat screen TVs in all rooms. Four blocks and maybe 10 minute walk north and across A1A is a retail area with Walgreens, an excellent Italian bakery and other local stores and eating places. A 15-20 minute walk to the west across A1A is the Intracoastal Waterway with its array of waterfront eating and drinking spots. The neighborhood is an eclectic collection of single family homes. The beach is 1-2 blocks away via uninterrupted access. This is the second home we have rented from Style Vacation Homes. They do an excellent job.

Great holiday in a great house
I only can recommend this beautiful property. Everything was perfectly organized. The house has enough space for 8 people. And the best of the house is the heated outdoor pool. The house is only 2 minutes from the beach away and the beach is also beautiful and only 5 minutes away from the Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard. Hopefully we can come back someday.

Beautifully redesigned Spanish style home with a modern flair! Just finished December 2014!
4 bedroom, 3 Bath, heated pool (High temperatures for night swimming) dining for 12 people. sleeps 11. Just a short walk to the beach (1 block with no big streets to cross) and local conveniences. Home has WIFI, Beach chairs, umbrellas.

This beautiful home has a living room with a fireplace and flat screen TV. one of the sofas can be used a sleeper sofa. Perfect setting to watch a movie or just relax. The living room has a console that can also be used as a desk. The home is equipped with wifi service. Dining room table seats 8 comfortably. There is additional seating off the kitchen for 4 more people (total seating 12). The home has 4 bedrooms. The back bedroom is a queen with french doors that lead to the pool area. This room offers beautiful views of the pools waterfall. This room also has a flat Screen smart TV. There is another room in the back of the home with a full bed and twin above. This room also has flat screen smart TV. there is a full bathroom in this area of the home serving as the bathroom to these bedrooms (or visitors). The bathroom has just been remodeled to give a tropical modern feel. This bathroom offers a tiled stalled shower and single vanity. The master bedroom is a king with a brand new bathroom with tiled shower and vanity. The bedroom offers plenty of space with a large dresser, 2 night stands, a small chair and flat screen Smart TV. # 4 bedroom offers 2 twin beds that can be converted upon request into a Large King bed (as depicted) This room has its own private newly remodeled bathroom with a large vanity and tiled tub shower. The bedroom also offers a flat screen smart TV.
New tile flooring is throughout the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The outside area offers a tropical setting with large heated pool with tropical waterfall. the pool has a special heater allowing for guests to convert the pool at night to bath tub temperatures. There is plenty of dining area and lounges to relax or dine by the pool. New outdoor grill.
Your pets are considered. Perfect place for your pets to feel comfortable and safe. The neighborhood offers great walking areas for you and your pets.
