All located in the seaside village of Lauderdale by the Sea: the elegant tropical jewel just steps from the ocean is perfectly suited for families, and friends. The magnificent beach is perfect for families who want somewhere quiet and relaxing. Stroll the neighborhood and enjoy the peace and quiet.
The very large pool is so, so relaxing. it is in sunlight all day. The optional low cost pool heating will remove all your stress while the salt water will soothe your problems away. It is well worth checking out the benefits of swimming in salt water compared to the standard chlorine. No itchy eyes and no itchy skin are just some of the benefits of a salt water pool. It is well worth checking out the health care advantages. They do cost considerably more, but our visitors love the benefits and that’s why we installed the system. All our patio furniture is new and we have tried to provide seating areas for visitors whether they be young or old. The pool does have a brand new security fence, which is essential when children or non-swimmers are around. Many homes do not have this feature. To us it is a necessity. As soon as you step into the pool area you will be greeted by the gentle ocean breeze.
The house living area is spectacular and we consulted an expert on the design and layout of the interior. You are greeted by a large leather wrap around sofa if you just want to relax and watch your favorite show on our brand new 65″ TV with cable access. This open space leads on to a comfortable dining area which is deigned for that tropical casual lifestyle that people come to Florida for. We have provided dining table and chairs that just have a great “beachy” feel to them. This look compliments the new china and glassware perfectly. Whether you have created your own gourmet meal in our gourmet kitchen or ordered out from the multitude of superb locally owned restaurants you won’t be disappointed.
Our kitchen is magnificent, it is probably best viewed on our photo page. It really is a culinary masterpiece offering all stainless steel appliances; a chefs 6 burner double oven gas range, a full size refrigerator, a double door floor to ceiling wine cellar, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The kitchen cabinets are in maple and the marble tops are quite unique, they give the whole area a very attractive look. The kitchen is fully equipped , guests will find all that they need to create meals at home, also the nearest shops are just two blocks away.
Sleeping arrangements fluctuate from visitor to visitor, so with this in mind we have designed the room layouts to accommodate most groups. All rooms have have brand new superior pillow top mattresses, and high end plush pillows. All linens are top quality and again all brand new. It is our aim that your stay with us is as restful and enjoyable as possible. We want you to come back again.
Bedroom 1 has a King Bed, walk in closet and brand-new 55″ cable connected TV.
Bedroom 2 has 2 Queen size beds, private en-suite bathroom with tub shower combo. This room also features a very large walk in closet the room also has a 55″ cable connected TV. The room also has an attached quaint private patio, which is perfect for your morning coffee and a little privacy.
Bedroom 3 is a more intimate room has a Queen size bed and looks over the back garden and pool area. The room has a smaller 48″ brand new cable connected TV and there is also a full size closet.
The 4th bedroom area has a Queen size bed and also a sleeper sofa. This sofa bed has a high end gel mattress so is as comfy as a regular bed. The addition of the sleeper sofa allows the room to also be a private sitting room. This room again overlooks the back garden and swimming pool.
The owners have an antique business, so they have designed the interior with several eclectic pieces of furniture, which make the home feel both charming and interesting. Please leave a note in the guest book if you have any questions regarding the pieces.
This home is centrally located and just minutes away from one of south Florida’s most legendary pristine beaches. We are just a short stroll from the Fishing pier, which is a great attraction for anglers. Our village commission have kept Lauderdale by the Sea clear of the skyscraper buildings that dominate other beach areas. We are a family vacation area, which is dependent on tourism, so our aim is to keep Lauderdale by the Sea as pristine as possible.
We invite all those with a mind to chill out and relax to come and visit us.
We are few minutes walk away from Publix food market and also numerous restaurants, coffee shops and ice-cream parlors many family owned and operated… something for everyone!
