Welcome to Villa Pine! This delightful 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home is situated 2 1/2 blocks from the beach in the prettiest picturesque seaside community of Lauderdale by the Sea. You will not find a nicer, more private location for your getaway vacation. I am rated #1 in best and highest reviews in Fort Lauderdale and Lauderdale by the Sea for accommodating 10 people in a home :)
Entering the home on the ground floor, you are greeted by a living room that offers a flat screen TV and a brand new queen size sleeper Serta sofa, ( serving as a 5th open bedroom). As you walk past the open staircase, you will find an open floor plan offering a private powder room, dining table that sits 8 people, an open family room, offering furnishings with three couches and another 55" Smart TV with DVD and cable with DVR and entertainment center with over 100 DVDs to chose from ranging from children to mature audience. There are also books and plenty of board games to chose from.The kitchen is warm and inviting with breakfast bar for 5 and 8 at dining table as part of the open floor plan. So there is seating for 13 people. There is a bedroom on the ground floor equipped with a queen size bed, flat screen TV and cable with DVR and ceiling fan. Adjacent to the room, is a large walk in laundry room off the kitchen, also equipped with washer, dryer, and beach chairs, umbrellas and kids pool toys.There is a fabulous, unobstructed view of the pool from the living areas and kitchen.
There are two sets of french doors in the family room which lead to the large awning that covers the patio area overlooking the extremely private resort style pool with waterfall. Some townhouses claim to have pools but they are shared or very small, so be sure to ask. I have a full size 15x 30 pool which is the largest pool in LBS for a townhouse.
The rear patio offers 4 lounge chairs, 3 spare chairs and outside dining table for 8, a stainless steel BBQ and a charcoal grill, as well.
Off the foyer of the second floor, you will find the master suite which offers a king size bed, a flat screen TV, DVD player and cable with DVR and ceiling fan. There is also a full size crib in the corner of the room and out of the way. There is also a large walk-in closet and a private balcony with 2 chairs and a small table overlooking the yard and pool. The very private master bathroom offers a full size jacuzzi spa tub, a separate glass shower and 2 separate vanity sinks on either side of bathroom with large mirrors, blow dryer and a ceiling fan. The toilet is enclosed and even has a phone! Bedroom two has a low European style platform king size bed, built in night stands a flat screen TV, DVD player, cable with DVR. Bedroom three offers twin beds, nightstands flat screen TV, cable with DVR and ceiling fan. There is a second full size bathroom with tub and shower. There is also a pack and play crib in the linen closet and vacuum in between the bath and bedrooms.

This villa is ideal for individuals and large families in search of a relaxing getaway, in an extremely private setting, with the convenient accessibility to everything Lauderdale by the Sea and greater Fort Lauderdale has to offer.
It is not suited for loud parties at night as this is a very family oriented home. This is for groups of adults or families that like peace and quiet surroundings. So if you are looking to stay up late at night outside, this is not the right home for that. There are plenty of bars in the area to do your "partying" fun outside ;)

This home is centrally located to everything the immediate each area has to offer. The Sea Ranch shopping center, which offers a Publix grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, The Dollar store ,Dunkin Donuts, Baskin Robbins Ice Cream as well as an Italian/pizza restaurant, a Pub, The First Watch Diner, liquor store, Chinese, Sushi, Subway, hair salon, nail salon and even a brand new Yoga studio, is a block away. The Lauderdale by the Sea Recreational Park, which offers tennis courts, basket ball courts, soccer field, children's playground and restroom facilities and Bocci courts, is 3 blocks away. There is a quaint church on the same block. You can also walk or take the free Pelican trolley to the newly beautiful designed downtown area of Lauderdale by the Sea, which offers wonderful entertainment, block parties with live music outdoors, many wonderful types of different cuisine restaurants and pubs, as well as frozen yogurt and ice cream shops, candy shops and an adorable puppy pet shop for the kids to come in and see. Various clothing, sunglass, souvenir and dive shops and the famous fishing pier. If you like to snorkel or dive, there are the famous coral reefs that are located just off shore. And at the end of Villa Pine's street is the Pine Portal where you can play volleyball on the sand and also where you can find lots of kite boarders soaring in the air, that's fun to watch or do!
