Minimum StayOur month at Swans Nest East
We loved our private pool and covered patio with compfortable furniture and the palm trees. We used the beautiful bar bq. Loved the fully equiped kitchen that made us feel like staying home and cooking. It is a compfortable place to spend a month. Loved that it was the feel of out in the country but less than half a mile to anything that you would want from restaurants to shopping, getting hair or nails done, movies. The decor and newness of the condo was very appealing. The listing of pictures and descriptions are accurate. The owner was helpful and available. I definately would recommend this place and want to come back again.

Beautiful home
We just spent 9 days at Swan's Nest east and it was lovely. Owners were fantastic and accomodating, and the house was beautifully appointed and brand new. High speed internet, brand new high end appliances, awesome a/v equipment all on a few acres of quiet, private land. If you're looking for a nice, quiet spot close to many restaurants, golf courses, and shopping, not to mention the beautiful Palm Beach and Lake Worth beaches, this is the place. We'd highly recommend this rental as well as their 3 bedroom home next door, Swans Nest West.

This is brand new construction, all modern amenities. Very private location, modern pool with waterfall, park like backyard, private patio with grill. Pool is shared with only one other unit. The back of this house faces a Boynton beach Golf Club. This house will sleep 4 comfortably, brand new pillow top mattresses, 55' flatscreen with surround sound, HD cable and high speed wireless. All new furniture. Private patio with stainless steel grill. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Beautiful wood flooring. The location of the property is close to great restaurants in every direction, including Target, Starbucks, Total Wine, Red Lobster, Bonefish Grill, Italian and pasta restaurants, Steak restaurants, pubs, movie theaters just 10 minutes in any direction. Palm Beach is 20 minutes, Downtown Lakeworth 15 minutes, Delray Beach is 20 minutes, Disney World is 2 hours, Miami is an hour, and Wellington is 10 minutes away. This is luxury on another scale, we welcome guests to enjoy.
