This cottage was renovated in 2015 from the ground up. Featuring a relaxing backyard oasis with gas barbecue and paved patio area surrounded by coconut trees. Relax right in the backyard or take one of the bikes for a quick ride over to the beach in Lake Worth. 14 blocks from the ocean and 11 blocks from downtown Lake Worth.
The cottage features a new designer kitchen with gas stove, fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans if you want to cook yourself. 36 inches refrigerator with ice maker and a wine fridge (BYO wine)
The living room area has a large flat screen TV with Netflix but no Cable and comfortable couches to slouch in and relax after a hard day of soaking up rays at the beach.
Two bedrooms with King and Queen beds (memory foam mattresses) and luxurious bed sheets will give you that sleep you deserve. You never want to leave that bed.
The bathroom was designed with modern features. The custom shower features two raindrop showerheads for a couples-shower.
This property is all about relaxing. We have created a cottage that was renovated around the idea of a vacation rental. Everything you expect from a luxurious hotel is available in this property but with your own privacy.
Maid Services are available on demand. Please advise your maid-service wishes a week before your arrival.
A private chef can be arranged as well to cook you a meal. We ask that you make arrangements for this as well at least one week in advance.
PET POLICY
We do allow in general dogs and cats on the property but hold the owner responsible for all damage caused by the animals, Dogs have to be properly trained and cannot be a nuisance to neighbors but loud barking. The backyard is fenced in and will keep most dogs secure on the property. The owner is responsible to pickup after his animal before leaving.
