The Keys are in a Lock Box on the front door, containing house and garage keys. The code to the Key Lock Box will be provided by Owner upon your Arrival.
Please see that all Garbage is disposed of as requested. Please make sure all Appliances have been turned off. Place keys on Counter upon Departure and make sure all doors are locked.
Clean Linens and Towels are provided and a Washer and Dryer is available in the garage for your use. Please do not wash/dry any combustible materials or place them in the garage.
Free Nationwide Telephone and Long Distance. The Home telephone number is (352)289-4363. For your convenience to share with those who wish to reach you during your stay.
Cable and Internet is provided for your convenience. The Wireless name and password are provided on the desk inside the rental. This is AC2700 signal the newest and strongest available when purchased and compatible with almost all devices.
Movies On Demand (MOD) : is disabled but can be made available if tenant agrees to pay for any movie fees, in cash, prior to leaving.
Fireplace:
Fireplace is not functional/useable - Owner's request that you not use the Fireplace. An outdoor fire pit is available for your use. Please use proper care and caution when lighting and extinguishing fire.
Garbage/Trash:
Garbage is to be bagged and placed in Trash Can in the Garage and lid is to remain closed and Garage closed. There is a local trash station to bring your trash. The location and hours posted in the home.
