There is new everything inside and out....new beds.....King and Queen, appliances, floors, paint inside and out, no popcorn, fans throughout, washer/dryer and oversized carport for easy parking for you and your guests. You will be proud to have your friends over for a glass of wine and a BBQ. Just down the hill from Blossom Hill Country Club. I will arrange for your guest passes so you can enjoy all the activities The Villages has to offer. There is the use of the gas golf cart with signed paperwork for its use. The golf cart or you car gets you where you want to go in minutes. Walmart, Publix and ALL the department stores for shopping, plus many restaurants. Convenience is why we live in The Historical Section. Renovtion just finished you will find Casa Stola a vacation dream come true. Please leave your kitties at home but we will accept small well trained dogs. One more thing......all you need to bring is your clothes and your toothbrush. Everything else is supplied.
