Zen Attitud villa with 6 bedrooms (king master on main floor), 5 bathrooms, a screened-in lanai with private heated south facing pool & spill-over spa (sun all day) The perfect place for parties or to recover in tranquility and comfort after a day at the parks, shopping or golf course. The lanai has an abundance of luxurious lounge chairs, overhead fan and dining table large enough to seat 8... There is a child safety fence in place to keep young children away from the pool unless supervised.
There are three Master bedroom suites, one on the ground floor and two on th first floor. Three king master with their own bathroom. The Master bedroom on the ground floor has a big bathroom with a bath, a shower, a toilet separate and a big closet. There are two others bedrooms with 2 singles beds, they share a big bathroom. There last bedroom has one queen bed. The other bathroom is dedicated to pool use with a full shower.
In the rest of the house you will find two spacious living rooms, a dining area with ample seating for 8, a fully equipped kitchen,a games room and a separate laundry room.

It is located in the gated resort community of Trafalgar Village, a lovely, secluded community nestled amongst luscious woodland and lakes. It is close enough to all the action, but far enough to get that relaxation you truly deserve on vacation!
