This house is so nice and brand new. It was very clean and it has everything that we need. Great location, close to Disney all park and close to Walmart which is the best:)) Important thing....our kids love the pool ^^

This Wonderful 5 bed/4 bath townhouse is located in the private resort community less than 8 miles from Disney. The king master bed is upstairs, but there are 2 bedrooms downstairs to attend the seniors or disabilities. Just off the kitchen there is an area for dining and a family room with a flat screen TV. Also all bedroom have a own TV. The home is fully equipped with all necessary bed and bath linens as well as kitchenware.
Your private pool heated has a beautiful view to lake.

- - No over rules at Resort police
- - - No late night parties! At 10pm you need respect your neighbors and you need slow down your music or your party in the pool area.
- - We prefer to receive guests who are clean and care for our home. Any stains on the sheets, towels that are difficult to be removed, will be charged extra to be replaced.
- - There is a fee $35/day to use a heated of pool and It's necessary request before.
- - We appreciate if you remove your shoos to go upstairs to walk on the carpert. This house is brand new!! Take care of her like yours! :-)
- You can put the trash every day inside of the container in front of the house.
- Before you leave, you need put all boxes from the shopping in the trash! We love write good reviews for our guests! :-)
