Great place! The owner went out of the way to answer our many questions before our stay. The house is bigger than the pictures on the site look. The house had plenty of seating, bathrooms, and was clean. No grill, but we paid $75 for the owner to have one at the house. Pool is wonderful and has a deeper end. Spa great. We paid for the heat. Pool chairs, table, and two lounge chairs worked well. Toddler bed, high chairs came in handy. There weren't any board games. No can opener or cookie sheets. There was a bad smell outside on & off the last two days we were there, but we noticed that in other areas we drove to. The pool table and air hockey were great fun, and in older condition. Driveway holds two cars, but you can park on the street. The clubhouse had a gaming area that was great. Also, a movie theater. You can request the daily movies you want to see. We had SO much fun and would stay again!!! Great location and secure community. Thank you!

Very Nice House
The house is very clean and can sleep lot of people. The house is guarded by security ensuring that the house and your items in the house are safe. The house was continently located close to Walt Disney World and all of its parks.

Absolutely perfect rental!
We spent a week in this beautiful house. Our numbers fluctuated, but at max capacity we were 12 (1 toddler, 3 children, and 8 adults) and we all had plenty of space. There is plenty of seating for the whole gang, and retreating to your own space was no problem. The pool was perfect for after park relaxing and the kitchen was great for saving money cooking dinner rather than going out. Plates, cups, silverware were all nice and there was enough to go around. There's plenty of storage for anything you could possibly bring with you as well as plenty of towels and washcloths. All of this in an immaculately cleaned package. The location is outstanding for travel to any of the area attractions. Just off the main drags, it sits in a quiet neighborhood literally minutes from Disney. Some of our family stayed on the Disney resort, and we reached the parks before they did. Universal is a little further, but still within 20 minutes. I cannot express how conveniently located this house is enough! Management is top notch. Any issue we had was immediately resolved and both Michelle and Jessica were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation anywhere in the Orlando area. Thank you Jessica for helping us set the stage for what became a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable family vacation! PS. Flipper's Pizza. Just....just do it.

Amazing stay the week after Christmas
We loved this home. We visited the week after Christmas 2015 and it was amazing. The home was so roomy. Everyone in the family had their own bedroom and we loved that. The home was clean and well taken care of. The pool was amazing. The beds were comfortable. It was more than what we expected. It really did beat staying on a resort like we have done before. It was more private and you didn't have to park in a parking deck and then have to walk a mile to get something out of your car. No long hallways and elevators to take to your room or anything like that. It was great. I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Relax in your luxurious, fully furnished vacation home with screened pool, hot tub and game room. If you feel it necessary to leave Windsor Palms, the Main Gate of Disney World is a quick 10 minute drive!
This terrific 6 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home offers everything that a large or extended family could want to enjoy their Florida vacation! Upon entering this fully furnished home you will find a bright family room with large screen TV. This home features a fully equipped, huge kitchen perfect for preparing large family meals. There is a convenient breakfast bar with bar stools and a formal dining area with 6 dining chairs.
The family room opens onto the sunny, south facing screened swimming pool, spa and deck. There is a covered lanai with dining table and chairs for sunset dining and a conveniently located pool bath.
The private master bedroom with king size bed and enclosed bath is located downstairs just off of the pool. The bath features a large vanity, garden tub and shower. The master bedroom also offers a super sized walk-in closet!
Downstairs you will find two additional bedrooms. One features a queen bed with enclosed bath. The third bedroom features a bunkbed with a full bed and twin bed.
A full size game room is also featured downstairs. Enjoy your stay by playing pool or ping pong year round in the game room with its own air conditioning. You will also find the full size washer and dryer in the game room.
Upstairs you will find 3 additional sumptuous bedrooms and another full bath. One bedroom features a queen size bed. Another bedroom features two twin beds and there is another bunkbed upstairs with one full and one twin bed.
With three bedrooms downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs all members of your family can find their own space and privacy. The layout of this home is truly designed for the ultimate in family vacation enjoyment.
Many bedrooms and the family room feature flat screen TV's with cable. There is wireless internet service throughout the home along with local telephone service. After a wonderful but hectic day at Orlando's world class attractions or the Windsor Palms Resort, return to your relaxing home and enjoy!
