The special feature's of this home greet you directly upon entering the villa. With it's high vaulted ceiling's in the great room and the splended view of the conservation area through the patio glass sliding doors that open on to the south facing pool and pool deck. Villa Margarita is a great place to stay with your family, it is close to the parks but far enough away to allow you to unwind during those quiet days and of an evening after a busy day at the parks or on the many golf courses around the four corners area. You have FREE telephone calls to the US, Canada and the UK landlines.
The great room has ample seating for the whole family with WIFI, flat screen TV and plenty of books if you like to read. The dining room, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area are to the right of the great room. Off the great room on your left is the Master Bedroom Suite with king size bed ample closet space and seperate private bathroom with his & her sink's and vanity, seperate shower, roman tub and toilet. Upstairs is a small seating area with playstation 2, play board games or read a book and relax.
The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a full sized bed and there are 2 Twin bedrooms.The bath room updstairs has a shower tub combination and toilet.There is an additional half bath on the ground floor opposite the garage and laundry room with washer, dryer Iron & ironing board etc.This is a very cozy home which will suit the whole family.
