Situated less than ten minutes drive of the Walt Disney Resorts, the villa is also minutes from a wide selection of restaurants, supermarkets, golf clubs and shops. You can relax in your own private, south-facing, screened pool, in the spacious separate hot tub, or on the shady pool deck, complete with sun loungers, patio dining furniture and barbecue.
Full Air–conditioning. 4 Bedrooms, (2 Queen, 2 Twin, all with 70 channel cable TV). 2 full bathrooms, Kitchen/Diner fully fitted kitchen including large cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, electric kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Family living room with 32 inch 70 channel cable TV, a PlayStation2/DVD player combo, and board games for family night! There is a further large sitting room with pull out sofa bed and a high chair and crib (cot), if needed There is a separate utility room with washer and dryer
The Disney Parks - The Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Market Place, Downtown Disney, Pleasure Island , as well as Disney's three water parks and new town of Celebration are all around six minutes drive away, so you will be able to pop home for lunch and a swim. The Villa is also 4 miles from Interstate 4 which allows easy access to all the Orlando area attractions including Sea World, Universal Studios and the Shopping Malls! There are so many attractions in the immediate area, that it is only possible to mention a few. It is worth pointing out that you will be within 60 - 90 minutes from both Cape Canaveral and Daytona Beach, or the Gulf Coast with its fabulous white sands and warm surf. It would take more than two weeks for even the most dedicated holiday maker to visit all that Orlando has to offer, but being so ideally situated is a great help.
