House was spotless and decorated beautifully. Wish we had had more time to enjoy the beautiful pool. Location was near all parks, groceries and souvenir shopping. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and snack as we wanted. All furniture was very comfortable especially the beds. Wonderful accommodations for our family of ten.

Our family vacation 2017
The house was very comfortable and worked for our family of 12. Children & grandchildren. It had New kitchen appliances, washer & dryer. We loved the screen in pool area. My only suggestions are more bathroom face clothes and the house needs exterminating more often.

Superb Villa, Great Location
The villa is in a great location and perfect for large families. Very close to Disney and easy access to the I4 if visiting Universal, Seaworld or even Busch Gardens. It is also close to lots of local amenities and restaurants. A car is essential and there are lots of local gas stations which are very cheap compared with UK prices. The villa is clean and is well equipped with new kitchen appliances. There is also a great selection of DVD's to watch if there is nothing on TV that is of interest. The beds are very comfortable and the kids enjoyed the games room. The pool is a good size and is very nice and relaxing after a hard day at the parks. The carpet was looking a bit tired in places , but this did not spoil what is a superb villa. I would recommend this villa to any large family groups and we would love to come and stay again. The owners are very nice and you can email them at anytime and they'll get back to you right away.

Almost perfect
Make no mistake this villa is very good, so good that we will be looking to use it again in a couple of years time when we have the grandchildren in tow, therefore we highly recommend it to prospective customers. We found that the description of the property re layout, location and amenities within was as described in the advert. It worked great for our group of 6 adults and will work for families with children just as well. It is close to all of the Disney parks and an easy drive to the Universal parks and to the Kennedy Space Centre. There are plenty of eating places nearby and large supermarkets are also easy to get to. The property was clean and well maintained although we felt some areas needed updating, this appears to be underway as the current owners Lew and Brenda, who have owned it very long, have already started improving the villa by renewing the fridge, cooker, microwave etc. Talking of Lew and Brenda I must say that their customer service is first class, I had answers to any questions in a very short space of time and the information letter provided prior to departure about the villa was excellent. The only thing we thought would be useful would be some definitive information on how to use the TV's, (not that they were used much) the bedroom ones are different to the living room one and took us a while to work out a sequence of operations for each of them. If there is some information we missed it.

'TROPICAL VIEW': Absolutely gorgeous villa, equipped and furnished to a very high standard, to provide all the comforts of home. 'Tropical View' is fenced on either side for seclusion, and offers a view from the screened pool of conservation land - native trees and fauna. The pool area has larger-than-average decking with four sun loungers for sun-bathers. The villa boasts three Master bedrooms - two King suites with en-suite-facilities and a queen master bedroom with adjacent bathroom. There are two further bedrooms with twin-size beds and shared bathroom. All bedrooms include televisions with built in DVD. The villa is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout to a high standard, and fully equipped with all utensils, linens, towels, etc., For your added comfort, there is even a separate inside utility room and a coats cupboard! A selection of family games and DVDs are available in the Greater Room for our guests' pleasure. There is also a games room with Pool and Air Hockey tables
