As the name suggests, I have spared no expense in creating a luxurious yet comfortable home where you can enjoy a truly memorable vacation!
My home is located just off US192 offering one of the fastest routes to DISNEY (approx. 9 miles) or other major attractions in Florida!
My IMMACULATELY presented two story home is PROFESSIONALLY MAINTAINED and offers our guests almost 3500 square feet of accommodation with 3 SEPARATE LIVING ROOMS, including a fabulous upstairs LOFT/DEN with sectional recliner sofa, cable TV/DVD & PLAYSTATION.
Our SUMPTUOUS GROUND FLOOR MASTER SUITE has an amazing CALIFORNIA KING PILLOW-TOP BED and a LAVISHLY UPGRADED EN-SUITE bathroom with TRAVERTINE TILE, step-in SHOWER (big enough for two!!), TWIN VANITIES and brushed pewter fittings - WOW!
UPSTAIRS you'll find a SECOND KING SIZE BEDROOM and QUEEN SIZE BEDROOM - both exquisitely decorated! Our PATRIOTIC AMERICANA themed bedroom offers TWIN BEDS and our younger guests are sure to love spending their vacation with MICKEY, MINNIE and some of their friends in our fabulous DISNEY THEMED bedroom, also with TWIN BEDS.
ALL bedrooms have plenty of storage with LARGE CLOSETS, nightstands and dressers - also Cable TV/DVD and CEILING FANS. The MASTER SUITE has large WALK-IN closet and a WALL SAFE.
There are THREE FULL BATHROOMS PLUS a GUEST HALF BATHROOM.
FREE BROADBAND INTERNET ACCESS with WiFi available from anywhere in the house.
Our stunning home is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED/HEATED for your comfort with the added bonus of CEILING FANS in all bedrooms, the upstairs LOFT/DEN and FAMILY ROOM.
Chill out in our 1950s THEMED GAMES ROOM which is also air-conditioned (many are not!!) and features a professional, 8ft POOL TABLE with slate bed, 7ft AIR HOCKEY TABLE.
A large capacity WASHER AND DRYER are provided along with fresh, clean bed linens and lots of fluffy, cotton towels of all sizes - including over-sized BATH SHEETS and poolside towels!
My well-appointed, FULLY EQUIPPED FAMILY KITCHEN has an American Fridge/Freezer, Ice-Maker, Dishwasher, Electric stove/cooker, built-in Microwave, Electric Kettle, Coffee Maker & Toaster plus quality utensils, lots of coffee mugs, glasses, Flatware & Dinnerware, stainless steel appliances & pans.
FREE BABY EQUIPMENT includes travel crib, stroller, highchair, car seat, bed guards/rails. For added peace of mind, there's also a CHILD SAFETY POOL FENCE & POOL ALARM.
An ELECTRIC POOL HEATER gives you the option of having the pool and spa heated. DECK LIGHTING and MULTI-COLORED, FIBER OPTIC UNDERWATER POOL LIGHTING is included to add to your enjoyment of the outdoor facilities of our home.
Our LARGE, EXTENDED POOL DECK has a south-west aspect giving pretty much all-day FLORIDA SUNSHINE, and the most amazing sunsets over the LAKE.

My family love spending our vacations in the DISNEY AREA and this truly is our second home ... not simply a rental property. Vacation homes vary considerably in terms of location, position and standard of furnishings/amenities provided. I want my guests to enjoy my home as much as I do and invested a lot of time to create a beautiful "home away from home" - from considering paint options to picking out big, comfy sofas and sumptuous, pillow-top mattresses!
My attention to detail has helped create a warm, inviting home with a touch of luxury, which my guests agree really does set my home apart. Those extra, little personal touches throughout will make your stay all the more memorable and enjoyable.
My standards in QUALITY and CLEANLINESS are high and I consider myself lucky to have THE BEST MANAGEMENT COMPANY to take wonderful care of my home ... and my guests! They are available to contact at any time during your stay providing total peace of mind should the need arise.
To reflect the value on offer I do not charge extra for midweek booking, minimum stays of just 2 nights are possible and no extra charge on weekends!
*** NOTE: Stays less than 7 nights incur extra cleaning charge. Also this advertising site does provide a feature to display optional extra costs - So the rate quoted is ONLY for the Rental charge + Taxes. If you want Pool/Spa Heat or the option to CHECK-IN EARLY (10am rather than 4pm) or CHECK-OUT LATE (2pm rather than 10am) then please ask in your inquiry for availability/cost.
