A beautiful air conditioned 3 bed 2 bath villa with a west facing screened solar heated pool and deck overlooking a lake. The bedrooms comprise a King bed in the master, Queen bed in the guest and Twin beds in the third Bedroom. The villa sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Each of the bedrooms has its own TV (with either DVD or VCR facility) and ceiling fan.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a full range of appliances and contains a breakfast table with 4 chairs for casual dining. The living room is open plan with formal dining table and chairs next to the breakfast bar. The lounge has comfortable sofas and an armchair for TV viewing or for watching the lake's wildlife, through the panoramic patio doors. The lounge, dining, kitchen and hallway are completely tiled and all the bedrooms are carpeted.
The pool deck has loungers, chairs and table for dining al fresco.
The villa comes fully equipped with spare linen, towels, pool towels and hair dryers. Laundry facilities, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are provided.
There was garaging for 2 vehicles but the garage has now been converted to a games room with pool table, foosball, boccerball, dartboard and table and chairs. Vehicles can now be parked on the drive. The garage door is operated electronically.
