We recently returned from a fabulous 2 week stay at this Villa. Formosa Gardens is a great location for exploring all the theme parks, with Disney World being, quite literally, about a 5 minute drive to the main gate. Universal Studios is approx. 20 minutes drive and the SeaWorld parks being approximately 15 minutes. At the top of Formosa Boulevard (approx. 1 mile) is a well stocked supermarket and varying restaurants, so if you fancy a meal out then not far to drive or even walk if you have any energy left. Formosa Gardens is literally off the 192 at Marker 4, so easy access to all local restaurants, shops and 5-6 minutes from the I4. The villa is well stocked with everything you need to make it home from home. This is definitely plenty big enough for even 3 families!! The Pool and Pool Deck are massive, again creating plenty of space for all to enjoy. The communication I received from the owner was exceptional - extremely polite, regularly in touch prior to arrival, even contacting us the day before to check we were happy with arrival information etc. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner to answer, and the management company were quick to respond if/when needed (we needed a new kettle and it arrived within about 20 minutes). No downsides that I can think of as we had a fabulous holiday in a home from home spacious villa. Thank you Louise and Dermot for a lovely stay. From The M's (UK)

Great place for large families!
We had 4 generations gathered for a Disney/Birthday celebration! Even though we were all together the house was large enough that we all had our own spaces.

Great House, Plenty of room!
We had 12 people in our party and there was plenty of room in the house for all of us. The house is clean and has many kitchen items. Our family is fussy about our coffee so we purchased a K cup machine and the owner offered to refund us the cost of the machine! The owners are great to work with. They always answer every email and very quickly. They are very accommodating The house was clean, the pool was clean and very refreshing after a long hot day at the parks. The pool table is great for winding down after a long day. The house is about 5 minutes away from Animal Kingdom if you take the short cut road and 10-15 minutes away from the other Disney parks. There is plenty of shopping very close. Can't say enough good things about this house. Great place to stay!!

This luxurious 3500sq ft 7 bedroom vacation home which now sleeps 16 and features 3 masters suites, a princess-themed twin bedroom, a sports-themed bunk bedroom. You also have your own private pool and spa with a large decking and a BBQ area.

TV and DVD/VCR combo and a surround sound stereo system. There is also a game room with a pool table, 51" Plasma TV and stereo system, a loft area featuring a flat panel computer and complimentary high speed Internet access
All bedrooms have new TV's and new patio furniture and new flat screen TV has also been bought for outside. We will have new pictures showing these soon

There is a shopping plaza and restaurants less than a 2 minute drive away, all of your holiday needs are on your doorstep
This luxury private villa is a dream holiday away with all the amenities of home which works out at only $28 per head without tax with a occupancy of 14 people which is less than half of what you would pay for a local hotel
A few restaurants and shops located less than 1 mile away from our villa in Formosa Garden Village. These restaurants include 2 American style restaurants TGI Fridays and Buffalo Wild Wings & Grill bar and 2 Italians, there is also a large supermarket for your shopping needs. Our villa is located only 3 miles from Disney and 20km away from Universal Studios and is close to all other local attractions.
