Exceeded our needs and expectations for a 16 family member vacation! Would highly recommend this as your vacation home away from home. Loved so much about this well laid out, well furnished home but the best part was the cooperation and responsiveness of the owner and management company when I first booked, thru the very last day. Some of the best Customer Service I have ever received!

Wonderful home for a large family
Our family spent the week of May 23-30, 2015, in this home. It is spacious and had everything we needed for a toddler at Disney. The stroller saved us $$ (Disney charges $15/day) and the location is very close to all the Disney parks (less than 15 min drive). The pool was a nice feature on our day off from the parks and the tv's in every room are a plus, too. The home is clean and well maintained and the owner was very accommodating. Delia, the property manager, went above and beyond to return a bag we accidentally left in the home. The carry on bag had breakable items and our iPads and not only was it shipped quickly, it was well packaged and all items arrived in tact. You will not be disappointed in this home and it is affordably priced to help with vacation expenses. The games room had a lot of things stored in it, but we didn't spend any time in there as we were at the parks almost every day.

Family Wedding
This house was perfect for our needs. Four families were gathering for a family wedding in Orlando and wanted to spend as much time as possible together. Renting a house seemed to be the best option. This house fit us perfectly. The house is big and clean and nicely decorated. We all went to Disney for Halloween and the drive back to the house that night was incredibly quick and easy. There are plenty of stores in the area for shopping needs. The owner was always very quick to answer any questions I had. I absolutely recommend this house and wouldn't hesitate renting it again!

NICE PLACE.....SUPER CLOSE TO EVERYTHING
I had never rented a house before and I must admit there is no going back. At the end of our vacation we spent 4 days at the house. Everthing was as described and the organization went well. The distance to Disney and Seaworld is extremly short. The house had everything we needed. This is an excellent residence that is very well kept. Loads of space, plenty of bedrooms with bathrooms for each. House is a great size for a family and grandparents too!! Cozy and no problems whatsoever! Full kitchen for cooking if you want to. Great place! Loved it! Thank you!

This property is an 8 bedroom, 5 bath home. The layout of this 3,234 square ft villa has plenty of space for you and your family/friends to enjoy!
DINING AREA: This property has two dining areas (by main entrance hallway and by living room area)
KITCHEN: Fully stock of kitchenware to use for a big family. This villa is equipped with two refrigerators (one in the kitchen and the other in the game room)
POOL AREA: This villa features a large 30 x 15 foot south facing pool. The pool depth ranges from 3 to 6 feet. Our pool area is equipped with lounge chairs with cushions for your comfort. The sliding door in the living room is equip with a child safety alert that triggers an alarm sound when the sliding door is open. Outside the villa is a sand play area that children can enjoy.

House Rules
Parking: 3 cars could fit in the driveway with one car parked behind the 2 cars. Please make sure that vehicles are not blocking the sidewalk. Guests can park on the street 24 hours as long as they park in front of the house. If parking on street, vehicle must be parked with driver's side out as required by law. Cars cannot park/block on other properties driveways, fire hydrant, and grass. Big vans, bus and/or trailer are not allowed to park on the street.
