Minimum StayPerfect Reunion Rental!
We love Reunion and have been planning a stay here for quite some time. This rental was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. The pictures are very accurate and the location was wonderful within the resort. Jim made sure everything was set for our arrival and allowed us to check in early from our long drive down from NY. The house was so clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds were so comfortable. That is a huge plus when we're away. A good night sleep!!! The master is tucked away and overlooks the gorgeous golf course and your own private balcony. The bedroom on the ground floor could be used as another master bedroom. Each bedroom has it's own bath, so plenty of room for all to share. The extra apartment over the garage is great for extended family or larger groups. The game room was perfect for the kids and big kids. We enjoyed waking up to the pool perfectly heated for us to enjoy before and after the parks. Only 10 minutes to Disney and plenty of places to eat and shop right outside the gates. I was even able to walk to Dunkin Donuts for our morning coffee, the supermarket Public, and the pharmacy. We are looking forward to returning to this spectacular house when we are back in the Reunion area. My husband also had so many choices for golfing. You will not be disappointed with this rental. If you're like me and spend endless hours researching places to stay for you vacation. Look no further!!! This checks all the boxes and more! Thanks Jim for a wonderful week in your home!

Just perfect
I had a family of four, the house was not just as good as it looked in the pictures it was much nicer. It's roomy, cleane and in perfect location. All the parks are near by also services grocery store, pharmacy and gas station are just down the street. Checking in and were as easy as it gets. James was very helpful and responsive. The house has every thing we needed and much more. The kids really enjoyed the movie room and pool table. The neighborhood was very safe and security is always going by. Thanks alot James this house really made our vacation complete.

Great stay and superb service!
Great stay for family of 8. We were very comfortable with all bedrooms having their own dedicated bathrooms which was a huge plus! We were even able to get the pool heat turned on after we arrived. Thanks and we look forward to returning next year!!!

Perfectly Amazing!
Our family enjoyed all the extras the house had to offer. From the private pool to the game room. House was very clean with all the things you need for a long stay. House was close to local grocery store & some places to get take out food. The house is located in very nice resort with an amazing view of the Golf coarse. Jim the owner made it very easy for check in & was very responsive to any need that came up. He was very kind & wanted to make sure our stay was wonderful. Look no more for your perfect get away. You won't regret booking this beautiful home!

This is a beautiful four bedroom, four and 1/2 bathroom resort home in the award-winning community of Reunion. The home is situated on the fourth fairway of the prestigious Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course. It is just 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is approximately four miles (10 minutes) from the Disney main gate off of Interstate 4.
There are three bedrooms and three baths in the main house. Above the detached two-car garage has been converted into a games and theater room. there is a provate apartment with a bedroom that features a king bed, bath, kitchenette and living area with a sleeper sofa. This home features wireless internet throughout the property, with TV's in all bedrooms and living rooms. The upstairs has a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and large balcony looking right out onto the golf course.
This luxurious home has it's own private pool located in the courtyard in between the main house and the smaller house and is fully equipped with pool loungers and comfortable outside furniture. there is additionally a half-bathroom in the pool area. This is an excellent area to enjoy outdoor cooking on the BBQ and eating around the pool with the family. The pool also is equipped for optional heating. (additional fee will be included if pool heating is chosen)
Bedrooms:
The spacious master suite is situated on the second floor with access to a large balcony which is very relaxing to enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking the beautiful golf course. It features a king sized bed, chest, nightstands and a comfortable chair. There is a large walk-in closet. The fully tiled bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, a separate shower enclosure, and twin sinks.
There are three additional bedrooms in the main house featuring two queen sized beds on the second floor and one king size bed on the first floor. In the apartment there is a bedroom with a king sized bed and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area. All bedrooms have a chest of drawers and a nightstands. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom and all bedrooms are equipped with their own television and a hair-dryer.
Living area:
This spacious comfortable living area is equipped with cable TV and patio doors which lead to a patio that overlooks the golf course.
Dining area:
The dining area provides seating for six, and there is additional seating on stools at the kitchen bar.
Kitchen:
Fully outfitted luxury kitchen with a breakfast bar, lots of cupboard space and counter work surfaces, complete with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and a cooking range. Additionally includes a microwave oven, electric coffee maker and a toaster. There are ample cooking pans, utensils and glassware for your culinary pleasure.
Other Facilities:
Laundry with a large capacity automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
