Lovely villa situated on a lovely gated community, its very clean and friendly, close to all parks and Walmart. Everything you needed was there from towels to hair dryers, would book this villa again. Owners had great communication too.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY
Very roomy and comfortable home to stay in. The 10 of us stayed 8 nights, but wished it was 80. We all had a great time. It was awesome to come back to this house from the parks or beach and just crash on a couch or bed. It was close enough to everything to where you don't have to plan the whole day out, you can just come and go. The security and gated community is a big comfort since we had our grand babies with us. The price is great. I really don't get why renters complain about a place not being updated. Myself, I would rather save a few hundred bucks on a slightly outdated house, just as an owner would like to save some on updating a place. No complaints on this house at all. The wife and I are looking forward to many more trips back here. Thanks for everything, Kevin & Jeanette Nunley

A great place to stay.
We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a great time. The villa is lovely and spacious with everything you could need, the pictures on the website really don't do it justice. The owners and management company were great. We have stayed on Lake Berkley a few times before and wouldn't stay anywhere else as it is in a great location with 24 hour security. Walmart is only 5 minutes away with plenty of restaurant's also 5 to 10 minutes drive. Medieval Times is less than 5 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this villa and would stay here again.
