Minimum StayOutstanding new home with terrific amenities
We have stayed in various villas in the Orlando area in the past several years. All of them have been outstanding and this home is one of the best we've stayed at. It's all new, well built, and multi-family friendly. On the lower level, there are two bedrooms and an expansive kitchen and living area. Kitchen was very well stocked. Large TV in the living area worked flawlessly and also had all HD channels. The outside pool and lanai were very nice and there were a number of pool floats and other toys available. The garage - unlike other homes - was not filled with games or pool table - so we were actually able to use it during a couple of thunderstorms. The upstairs had 6 bedrooms and a loft area with a TV, pool table, and foosball table. All excellent. Best features of this house are the comfortable beds - best I've found at a rental home - and the open living concept. Best of all, on checkout, there was a basic, very simple ask - start a load of towels in the washer. That was it. Some homes in the area have a pretty exhaustive list of things to do on checkout day which can add 30-40 minutes to departure. Not so here. Very much appreciated. I'd highly recommend this home and we do plan to return. Shopping and other amenities are nearby and the parks are reasonably close.

Great Stay!
Beautiful home with more than enough space. I loved the fact that it was spotlessly clean. Perfect size house and layout. It was an excellent community. The greenery provided around the home provided enough privacy. The home had everything you need from hair dryers, plenty of bath and beach towels and every kitchen utensil you could ever need. The whole family loved the pool and games room. Also loved the fact that it had all the equipment required for babies as we did not need to rent anything. Awesome! All in all this home added to making our holiday perfect. We would definitely rent it again in the near future. Many thanks.

This property was amazing!
My family and I absolutely loved the home. It was perfect for my family of 16. It was equipped with everything we might have needed. The decor was beautiful. We enjoyed ourselves at the Clubhouse also. We played games and enjoyed the lazy pool while listening to the music at the bar. I am so glad that we had a wonderful experience. April and the property management was easy to get into contact with also. They were very helpful. I look forward to staying at the property again.
