Bright and spacious main level featuring 8 foot high doorways and venetian blinds on all windows and glass doors (including the front door for extra privacy).
Formal sitting area with leather sofas.
Dining area with a table that accommodates 12 for those special occasions.
Large open kitchen with Corian countertops and breakfast nook.
Family room with more leather sofas.
Unwind with the Play Station 2 with several games and dance mat.
There is also a games room to relax with a game of pool or darts.
Major refurbishments include:
Flat Panel LCD T.V's installed in EVERY room including all bedrooms.
The Living room has just been fitted with a Sony 42" HD LCD giving this home a 'cutting edge' above the rest for satisfaction.

3 Main Level Bedrooms Featuring: King Master Suite, Queen Bedroom, and Bunk Bed room (Twin over Full bed)
3 Upper Level Bedrooms featuring: King Master Suite, Queen Bedroom, and Twin Bedroom (2 twin beds).
Satellite TV in all bedrooms giving a huge choice of channels.
All of the bedrooms have brand new flat panel TVs mounted on the walls.
Pearl of the Sea Pool Highlights:
South-facing pool area with oversized spa and a kiddy pool (with offset umbrella to provide shade for the little ones) in a very large and private screened deck.
Unlike most houses in the area, our home has gas heating which means that the spa heats up in a matter of minutes to give you a blissful end to a day at the parks.
There is a pool safety screen available but pool door alarms are also fitted for your peace of mind.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE LARGE POOL ON THIS HOUSE THAT POOL HEATING IS $40 DAY FOR 80-85 DEGREES.
This is a non-smoking house and pets are not allowed.
