Loved everything about this place - very spacious house and a great pool area - where we spend most of our time. Nice with the private pool do to the fence around the garden. There were no need to contact neither owner or maintenance in the 18 days we spend here. We would definitely return. The area feels safe and the local sheriff are patrolling the neighborhood. The only thing we needed was a grill on the patio - but we bought one for 20$ in Walmart and left it in the garage storage for others to use. Thank you so much Ron for letting us stay in your beautiful house. You really saved our holiday..

Awesome and perfect villa for an Orlando Vacation!
As a third-time visitor to Orlando with family and friends, I would highly recommend this place to stay. Very clean house with lots of features like entertainment place, free and fast Wi-Fi, TV's in all 4 bedrooms with individual cable connection, kitchen with all essential gears and a perfect size swimming pool to relax in the evening after a hot and humid day in Disney. This place is nearby to all theme parks, restaurants and shopping complex. Considering all this and previous stay experience in Orlando, I would extremely recommend this place for a perfect and awesome stay with family and friends. Don’t hesitate to book this Villa for a trip to Orlando.

Visiting Disney for a Week or more? Stay at a comfortable vacation home 5 to 10 minutes driving distance from Disney World, Orlando, Florida. This fully furnished property has 4 bedrooms (2 King Size beds and 2 Queen Size Beds), 3 bathrooms, Kitchen, Nook, Formal Dining, Living, Swimming Pool with Spa and a privacy fence! Amenities include Air conditioning, Washer & Dryer. Shopping and dining areas at 5 minutes distance. Can comfortably sleep 8 persons! Walt Disney World, Orlando, Florida USA is 5 to 10 minutes driving distance to the property. Marketplace Supermarket and host of other shopping & restaurants including Taco Bell, Outback Steakhouse, Chinese and Japanese restaurants, TGI Fridays, Pizza outlets, Starbucks, Olive Garden, Panera Bread, etc, are only two miles from the property - can drive in 5 minutes. Big Stores like Target, TJ Max, Ross Dress, Payless, etc also about 5 minutes drive.
