Thus "Hame" means "Home" in Scotland. Within the community the residents have access to a large community swimming pool, tennis courts and a children’s play area. The home is well appointed throughout and has its own beautiful swimming pool with large steps and a handrail leading into it. The covered patio and fully screened pool offer clear scenic views to the rear of the property and catch the full sun from early morning until late afternoon. Relaxing on the comfortable new pool furniture you may want to stay poolside all day. Inside the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa, the lounge area is beautifully furnished including a brand new entertainment system comprising of a large 36 inch TV with cable a DVD player and a portable CD/radio (cable TV is also available in all 3 bedrooms). The fully equipped kitchen area has a breakfast bar that seats four and leads through to the dining area with seating for six people. The master bedroom has a king size bed, small T.V and en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower and walk-in cupboard. The second and third bedrooms are of similar size. One is furnished with a Queen size bed and 26 inch T.V with built in DVD player and one with twin beds, 26 inch TV and a Sony Play station 2 for playing games and watching DVD’s. Both rooms have large built-in wardrobes. The main bathroom is situated in the hall just outside the bedrooms and comprises of a standard size bath with shower fitted above. The air-conditioned games room houses both a regulation size pool table and air hockey table. With the proximity to the parks you will want to make the “Hame” your home!
