Had a group of 10 was able to fit everyone comfortably. Enjoyed the pool and game room kept everyone entertained. Will definitely choose this Villa again.

Enjoyed our stay.
The place was great for us, big house, great pool and pool deck and it was near to restaurants and stores. The kids enjoyed their time in the pool. Everything worked OK in the house. We will be back here again.

Great home for my family
This was our first time at the property and my family and I enjoyed it. There was plenty of space and the pool and deck was great. The game room provided great entertainment as well. The house was just as described. It had something there for everyone. I do wish the ceiling fan in the master room would have worked. I did have 2 issues. The first one was the property management company didn't have our dates correct and the house was not cleaned before we got there. I called and they came within the hour and had the house cleaned within 2 hours, however this was not something we anticipated. We had to dine out and entertain the kids after a 12 hour drive. The second issue is the house needs a deep cleansing. Due to the dust in the home I ended up with an allergic reaction which has now flared into a sinus infection. The dust is on top of the cabinets and other high places. Overall it was a great experience and we will rent again in the future.

Perfect for our entire family to be comfortable
We had a great time at this house. Nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty big enough for our group of 7 adults and 3 kids. It was almost 90 everyday we were there. We followed the directions for central air and it was very comfortable. We loved the pool!

A place to come back
Very nice place with lots of space for the family, the pool area is perfect for the time were you stay at home or after expending many hours at the parks. The garage has been adapted as a playroom area where my kids enjoyed the amenities. We visited during halloween and my kids had the opportunity to go candy hunting as well as other kids who knock the door. Recommended 100%

Welcome to Royal Palms Mansion, a sunny Upscale Vacation Villa furnished to a high standard, with lots of space and very close to the Disney theme parks. Universal and Sea World is close too. We pride ourselves on offering a villa which is above the rest, not only in amenities but also in spaciousness and luxury!
Royal Palms Mansion is located in Kissimmee, Florida near route 192. It's 12 minutes away from Disney theme parks ticket and Transportation Center, which leads to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Disney MGM studios. It's located in an upscale neighborhood. It is near to Universal and Sea World. Ideally located for locating the Central Florida region, it offers exceptional value.
There are many restaurants on route 192 ranging from McDonalds to Medieval Times that cater to every palette and budget.
This luxury villa has space: about 2300 sq. ft. to spread out in with 4 Bedrooms (of which 2 are ensuite bedrooms) and 3 full Bathrooms, living room, kitchen and game room. The villa can sleep 10 people and it is furnished tastefully to a high standard. It is fully air conditioned, there is free unlimited Wifi internet access in the villa and free unlimited phone calls to Canada and USA. Any boats and RVs are not allowed in the development. The game room features pool, air hockey, Playstation 2, ping pong, darts etc.
A fresh set of towels, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave and conventional ovens, quality fresh linen in beds and all pots and pans are furnished for your use during your stay in the villa. We have a washer and dryer for laundry and the villa is fully airconditioned. There's a TV in every bedroom along with a chest of drawers. The family room has a 50 inch TV and a DVD player as well. There is a pack n play for kids all free. Additionally we provide a digital safe for your use.
The Pool is larger than usual, not overlooked and it gets the sun pretty much most fo the day.
About The Area
Ideaqlly located near Disney, MGM Studios and Epcot. The villa is near route 192 with lots fo stores and restaurants.
House Rules
No smoking in the house. No fireworks or loud playing of music. No RV or trailers in the development. Rental Agreement to be signed before rentals.
