My entire family enjoyed this home! There were 12 of us and we had more than enough space. The home was beautiful. Nicely furnished and clean. It had all of the amenities we needed for a week long stay. The pools and lazy river was what we needed for the younger children. The drive to Disney was very easy as well. There were a couple of things we noted upon arrival and with one quick call, the management took care of it. The homeowner made the reservation process seamless and I have to say this is one of the most memorable vacations for my family. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect vacation home
This vacation home was absolutely amazing. The entire process of booking and communicating with the owner was smooth. The house was very spacious and clean. The location is also convient and very close to Disney World. The resort that the house is located on is extremely nice. It exceeded my expectations and we would definitely rent this house again.

Great house, house, layout, property, owner
I stayed here on a cousins trip with 19 other people and we all had a blast!!! The house's layout was perfect for the size!! the property had a great water park for the kids but honestly the listing could do a MUCH better job of expanding on how awesome it is for adults too. Tiki bar that serves booze!!! Few odd things like no measuring cups but honestly pretty small. The house pool was great but it was not ideal for the younger members of the family as there is no real shallow end. (toddlers including my own) Not that we would leave kids unattended but it would be nice if they could hang out in a part of the pool they could stand in by themselves. But again - the water park (well within walking distance) was perfect for them. The house even provides towels by the pool. There are a few small things that feel like nickel and diming (paying to heat the pool but worse to "rent a bbq" - you can find properties that don't charge for either). But if I had to choose between 4 stars or 5...this house was too awesome not to give it a 5. I hope to return every year.

8 Bedrooms, 6 Baths, 4000sqft Luxurious Living Space, Games Room, Pool/Spa +moreThis luxurious brand new vacation home is located in the Windsor at Westside, a prestigious resort community - with short drive to DISNEY WORLD (10 minutes away), golf, and relaxing and celebrating with family and friends. The 4034 sq. ft. living space is professionally furnished with upscale furniture, large screen LED TV in family room, game room and LED TV in all bedrooms. Cable TV and high-speed WiFi internet are all complimentary.
There are two master suites, one king is on the 1st floor and one king on the 2nd floor. There are total 3 king beds (1 on the first floor in 1 bedroom, 2 on the 2nd floor in 3 bedrooms). 3 queen beds (one on first floor one bedroom and 2 on 2nd floor in one bedroom), 2 bunk beds with full/twins and 4 twins (on the 2nd floor in 4 bedrooms). Twin beds can be easily combined into a king size bed if desired. Total 18 people can all sleep in beds!
The Kitchen has equipped with granite count tops and stainless steel appliances. There is pull up bar seating in the kitchen beside 2x 8 seating dining table and 8 seating patio table. Two additional wine, beer, and drink coolers are provided in game room and kitchen.
A gas BBQ grill makes poolside living even easier. A ceiling fan circulates air, keeping the cool, and recessed lighting allows dining to go late into the night with
several lounge chairs surrounding the sparkling heated pool and hot SPA.
The pool faces lake and east, which ensures privacy and plenty of sun exposure in the morning and avoid hot sun in the afternoon with the full width lanai providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. A full width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure.
Washer/dryer, and dishwasher are available.
Also provided are strollers, high chairs & Pac ’n’ Play cribs for the very young ones. Air conditioned game room has pool table and Foosball table for further enjoyment after full day theme park visit. A drink/wine cooler is available in the game room area for convenience of gamers and jet lag walkers.
The home is also equipped with unlimited high speed Wi-Fi and unlimited long distance calls with US and Canada.
You're close to all the attractions. Disney is 15 mins away, shops are 5 mins away. Universal is 30 mins, Busch Gardens is 1 hour, LegoLand is 45 mins, Interstate 4 (55) is 5 mins away..
