This is the best homeaway rental I have ever had. Everything is well maintained like new or maybe it is new. All the beds are memory foam and very comfortable. All the bed linens are very soft. Owners Eduardo & Giovanna kept in touch constantly to make sure everything is okay. They are also very accommodating to our needs. Honestly, I would give them 6 stars if I could. Thanks for the great accommodation.

Clean and Modern
The owner was very welcoming and kept in touch during the stay. We were a family of 12 that stayed at this place and it was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Beautiful modern house
This house is very modern, clean and spacious. We stayed there for 11 days in April and had a great time. Owner was very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this house!

The house is amazing, clean and well appointed.
The house is beautiful. From the pool to the newly remodeled kitchen and floors. A great place to come back to after a long day at the parks. The community center and pool are very nice as well with friendly staff and very secure. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for nice accommodations in the Orlando area. The hosts have thought of everything you could need for your stay. We will definitely be coming back!!!!

The house is huge! Don't be fooled by the other 7 and 8 bedroom houses on Terra Verde. They are the same size as this one with less bathrooms and smaller living area! This one has 4 King Suites, each with one private bathroom, and 2 kids bedrooms each with dual twin beds. There's also a large sofa bed upstairs.
The kitchen is completely new, with quartz countertops, large sink and all new stainless steel high-end appliances. Oven has sabbath mode if required.
The laundry has brand new front-loading huge GE laundry appliances.
New 48'' Smart Led TVs in all Suites and a 65'' in the Family Room, all with Cable and Netflix.
High Speed WiFi Internet provided for free.
Heated Private Pool and Spa (Pool/Spa Heating has Additional Electric Surcharge of $30 per day)
