A great place to stay
Lovely, spacious and very clean house. We stayed for a week in the house in July with our two kids. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood and we loved the pool and patio with views on the lake. Very nice to sit and eat your meals straight from the grill. The house is decorated nicely and is clean. Driving to the parks (Disney close, Universal 10 min further) doesnt take long when not caught into traffic. Leaving a little early was fine getting there for us. Highly recommended. We hope to stay in the house again in the future.

Brilliant
This is the perfect home in the perfect location. 20 minutes to Disney and just a couple of miles from shops and restaurants. Pool was brilliant. We'm definyely be back

Excellent house!
When I first walked in I was so impressed. The house was beautiful. The pool and view of the lake was awesome. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. The home has a gas grill we used which was excellent. Very close to the parks and Outlets. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to vacation here in Florida/Orlando area!

Wake in the mornings from the master bedroom or second bedroom and step through the sliding glass doors right on to the pool deck. Enjoy the big Florida birds, as they glide over the lake, while you sip your morning coffee. At bedtime, relax in a warm bath in the garden tub and enjoy a restful nights sleep in our luxury beds. The high quality furnishings and décor make this home stand out from the rest.
Dine in the formal dining room or have a casual meal in the breakfast nook in the kitchen. The large kitchen has all amenities including small appliances and place settings for 8 plus. All linens are included and there is a washer and dryer for your use.
Poolside, there is a table with 4 chairs, 4 lounge chairs and 2 cocktail tables plus a rack to hang your pool towels. The pool is solar heated and can be heated electrically for an additional charge in the cooler months. There is also a Foosball and ping pong table in the carpeted garage for your use.
The Unique Benefits at this House: I love being on the water (any water really) and my home is on a small lake. I can't tell you the countless times I have seen wildlife--otters, turtles, fox, sandhill cranes, ibis, egrets, heron and lots of other birds I had to look up. Having the conservation area to look at beyond the lake makes it even more peaceful. Plus you don't have to look at someone else's fence.
