I was so happy that my sister chose this house! A real heaven... We really liked the quiet surroundings (and lakeview!) and the fact that some ducks were coming early in the morning around the pool screen... The kids loved it! The kitchen was well equipped ( we like to cook) and the Master bedroom was really spacious. The furniture in the villa is very high standard, big screen TV and leather sofas.We asked the management company for restaurant suggestions and they were very helpful... Overall a great experience.. We would recommend it to any of our friends and would definitely come back. My husband loves golf and there was plenty of golf options around the house... including great ''specials''... There was also the best outlets only 10 mins for the house... Great shopping and savings...!! The owners were fantastic in communicating with us. We were apprehensive about booking online as we had never booked this way before but they were very patient and reassuring with us.(thank you Johanna and Stephen) We received our deposit back within 24 hrs return. I would highly recommend this villa.

Beautiful home!
Just returned from our stay at this Lake Berkeley home and still in shock at the whole experience. First off, Johanna was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process and answered dozens of emails promptly and courteously. Secondly the pictures do the home no justice - it's beautiful, clean, and much bigger in person! The pool is perfect. We spent a few days just relaxing by the pool admiring the beautiful view. Lastly, after a few days at Disney parks, it was a tranquil respite from the massive crowds to recharge our batteries and spread out. The kids had a wonderful time and the parents had peace of mind knowing the pool was alarmed with secured access from the rest of the home. It was impossible for the kids to enter the pool area without an adult. Overall every little detail was thought of and it made our stay perfect. We are already planning to return next year! Awesome, just awesome!
I will be short and sweet. This was a great home away. My wife and I loved the property and location. It is close to everything. We went walking every morning through the resort area. The pool was always warm...loved it! The home had everything that we needed. The rooms was spacious and inviting. The property manager (Stephen) was a joy to work with. He was just a phone call away. Amazing villa
We loved our stay in this villa. It was very clean, excellent furnishings and modern TV, kitchen etc. It had practically everything we needed and more to make our stay in Orlando & Kissimee homier. The rooms were great; the whole family really appreciated that everyone had their own bedroom. It was great to cool down in the pool after a hot day in the parks.The location of the villa was perfect not only because it was only 15 minutes away from Disney but also that there were so many nearby restaurants and stores. Overall, our stay in the villa was an amazing experience.

The villa is situated within Lake Berkley, Kissimmee, one of the most sought after locations for people wanting to rent a villa. For those visiting Disney it is just 5 miles away--approximately 10 minutes drive. All the other major theme parks are also very close by. For convenience and very cheap shopping there is a 24/7 Walmart within walking distance. Additionally the Villa is just half a mile from the 192, where you will find many restaurants, take aways and shops. The Villa itself has one of the premier locations within Lake Berkley, with the sun facing pool overlooking the Lake and its wildlife.
The villa is luxuriously furnished and has everything a large family would need including screened pool and spa (can be heated), over sized deck area (great for sun bathing), air conditioning, 40' Cable TV/DVD/CD player, leather sofas, fully equipped kitchen, washer and tumble dryer, master bedroom with ensuite, further 3 double size bedrooms.

The living area is very spacious and includes 2 large leather sofas The entertainment unit has a 40' Cable TV (over 60 channels), DVD, i pod docking unit, and CD player.
The fully fitted kitchen has a large fridge/freezer (with auto ice-maker), dishwasher, microwave, cooker/oven, coffee percolator, etc.

The over sized sun facing screened pool has plenty of room for sunbathing. Each side of the pool screen has bushes to ensure your privacy. The pool and outside area have lighting for the evening.
The lakeside is only a few yards away where you will see a variety of wildlife. The outdoor dining area comprises of a patio table, 8 chairs and 4 full length loungers, all with padded cushions. There is also a covered lanai area next to the pool where you can eat outside , or perhaps escape from the sun--or occasional shower.
The pool and spa can be heated to 86 degrees degrees.
The villa is fully air conditioned and there is central heating for the rare cool winter evening. We provide the services of a management company that will look after any needs you may have during your stay at our luxury villa---they are on call 24hrs 7 days a week.

The large, private, sun facing screened pool has plenty of room for sunbathing to your hearts content and the lighting around the pool area and the underwater lighting ensures that you can enjoy the pool all night long - if you so wish. The lakeside is only a few yards away, where a variety of ducks regularly visit.
