4 bedroom Villa named "Paradise Found" is located on a lake with lots of privacy. The lanai has a south facing heated pool with ample area for lounging around it. The pool has solar heating which is free. The pool also has gas heating as a supplement during the winter which there is an additional charge for if you want it. There is also a hot tub adjacent to the pool to add to the experience. There are lots of birds and other wildlife to enjoy as the property borders on a conservation area. Imagine a location like this and only 15 minutes from Disney!
The spacious master bedroom with a queen size bed has a flat screen TV. It has an adjoining bathroom and sliding door to the pool area. A second bedroom features a queen size bed and flat screened TV. The third and fourth bedrooms both have 2 twin sized beds and TV's.
The family room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a new large flat screen TV with Netflix included. There is also a separate spacious living room which adjoins a large dining room for family meals. Both the living room and family room have plenty of seating for all and both open to the screened pool area.
The fully equipped kitchen also has a breakfast bar for a quick meal or drink.
There is also a separate game room that has a pool table and ping pong table for family fun.
To top it all off, there is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The whole house is equipped with wireless internet to keep everyone in touch. Of course the house also has cable TV, central air conditioning as well as heating for year round comfort.
